I will not return to this store.UPDATE. AFTER I EMAILED AND CONTACTED THE MANAGEMENT AT THE STORE. THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THE MISTAKE WAS CORRECTED. I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.

So, then I did call and remind them just because they seemed like they could care less I came in front of them asking to confirm date. When I got there they were really weird about assisting me with a small ottoman to get into my car--not I have spend $7,600 on a sofa! I got total attitude and snotty help. I will NEVER shop here again they won't see a nickel from me and I will not refer anyone to their store. So sad you cannot get local retailers to appreciate you and all the business you have sent them.
