My old dog had been seen by them for issues three times in the past 1 1/2 months including vomiting. We called them once our dog started throwing up repeatedly an hour before they closed. They were not helpful at all or empathetic. Our dog died two hours later at med vet. If you can't have compassion for my dog at the end of his life, you won't be treating any of my animals again. I can't believe the experience I had with them for a dog they had seen multiple times in a short period of time. It was basically we don't have time for you or your dying dog we close in an hour.

I have interacted with Dr Hopping, although she has not seen my animals, and she seems great as well. The hospital is beautiful and clean. If I need a medication or food they look into ordering it for me. Their prices are reasonable. My pets actually enjoy coming here, as do I. Calls and lab results are returned promptly and appointments are easy to obtain. They do some neat adoption events and open houses through out the year, so keep an eye out for those. All three of our pets have now had their first annual visits at this practice and we've been very impressed with the care and attention they've received. Dr. Turner in particular really impressed me with his gentle demeanor and the time he spent with our kitty yesterday. He seemed generally interested in understanding her personality and he's the first vet to suggest a potential solution for the chronically cracked dry nose she experiences says every winter. It's easy to schedule appointments, the staff are warm and welcoming and when you come in, you'll see your pet's name on the blackboard by the door, which is a really nice touch.

Her exam was a few seconds long and she was quick to prescribe a bunch of expensive tests. The worst thing is that she is the OWNER of the clinic. Do not take your beloved pet to this clinic.
