The menu still looked the same as the photos others had provided on here, so I had gotten the Iced Sugar Daddy Coffee and it was very good! The barista was nice and friendly as well. The cow graphic is so cute and the staff is always friendly. I use to get their lattes when I drank coffee which were good but have now since switched to matcha. I tried it today and it was ok. It was a little too sweet for me and didn't have the best after taste. We also got the peppermint mocha. It was good but just tasted like regular mocha since it barely had any peppermint flavor. Yummmm! My partner and I love fancy coffee and have been meaning to try out Brown Cow for so long. I can't believe it took us this long, because wow! The coffee is delicious, smooth, and flavorful. They have all kinds of different specialty drinks that I can't wait to try. The butterball latte was very good, and my partner got the summer orange white mocha special and that was to die for! It had fresh thyme on top, it was an awesome flavor combo. The service was so friendly and helpful as we were ordering, and we got our drinks quickly. Highly recommend!! read more

I love this little coffee kiosk. Amazing hot lattes without the hyper chaos vibes some of the other more corporate kiosks/coffee shops can give off sometimes. The women that work here are always kind and quick and the coffee is delicious and strong. It's the perfect way to get my morning started before work. Also worth noting (though I haven't purchased them yet) are the cute little mugs they sell. I'm definitely aiming to get a couple soon! read more

Pros: Peach milkshake is delicious. Our server was really friendly. Cons: 16oz Americano was not what we expected. With just the first sip, my husband said: "This is terrible. It's really watered down." Sure; it's one or two shots of espresso with hot water, but coming from San Francisco, we know what Americano should taste like. Apparently they have great coffee. If we ever stop by again, we'll have to try the coffee instead. read more

A hundred times better than the competition. Stop going to Dutch Bros, and start getting your coffee here. They use Italian roast by Caffé d'Arte for their drinks, and the difference is easy to see. Great and fast service too! They should seriously think about opening a brick and mortar location. read more

We drove through town on our way back to California and after checking Yelp, I decided to try Brown Cow. I am NOT a Starbucks fan and would much rather support the local guys. When we first pulled into the parking lot, I was a little disappointed because Brown Cow was a small drive through and I have had some poor experiences at those but decided to give it a shot since we were about to jump on the freeway. And I tell you, I was NOT disappointed!!! First of all, I don't do dairy and there were lots of alternatives, I also prefer honey rather than sugar with a sprinkle of cinnamon and the gal was eager to please. My almond milk latte was delicious! The medium roast Italian espresso was delicious, so much better than the dark, burned and bitter roast of the typical coffee mills... Next time I'm in Albany, I'll be back at Brown Cow! Thanks for the great start to my long drive, Brown Cow! read more

Disappointed in this little spot. I've been going there for a year and getting a 20 Oz every time. I ordered my 20 Oz last week and gave my punch card. I was told they nolonger do the punch card for 20 oz- only 16 Oz even though we had already started a new punch card with 20oz. Weird - not sure why. I found a new place down the street that not only punches a card for 20 Oz but also is a dollar cheaper. Brown Cow lost a consistent customer. read more

These ladies make the BEST coffee ever! I wish they were in Lebanon, but I do go by every single time I'm in Albany. Their coffees are not too sweet and actually taste like COFFEE not a candy bar. I like a mocha breve and they're always perfect. I tell my husband when we're in Albany running errands: I want to swing by and see the "Brown Cow Girls". Polite, quick and efficient. This place is so great! There was no wait, and the barista was fantastic. She graciously accommodated all of my "coffee princess" requests, including letting me watch her pour in the cream so I could say "when." Then, before charging me, she insisted I taste it to make sure it was to my liking, which is was. I always try to support the non chain coffee places because that's what we should do and also because guess what... their coffee is better! Not even kidding. All their drinks are far superior in flavor, price, quantity than Starbucks or Dutch.(burnt and watered down and 90% ice). Saw Brown Cow and decided I didn't want to have to get out of the car so I decided I'd give it a shot. AWESOME. I remember going here for the first time on a whim because the small coffee shack didn't look like much and I felt adventurous that day. Needless to say, I haven't looked back since. In the past, I loved Dutch bros and human bean, but Brown Cow's thunderbean mocha shakes are the bomb! I couldn't believe what I was missing out on! Like seriously, move over Starbucks/Peet's/Dutch Bros/Human bean! Brown cow does it better! I've tried many of their shakes and frappes including thunderbean, caramel thunderbean, mocha, b52, peppermint paddy, pumpkin spice, caramel apple, Black Forest, mexi mocha, chai, etc. I've enjoyed them all and I can honestly say I've never had a bad drink here. The two women who run the shack are friendly, attentive, and intuitive. I will say that there IS a difference between a frappe and a shake. Frappes use ice and milk while shakes use ice cream to dilute the coffee.The coffee this place uses is a dark roast and has a strong taste. It sticks out a bit much in a frappe, so stick with shakes because the ice cream in it can take the edge off of the coffee. Either way, it's good stuff! read more
