This was some of the best service we have experienced since moving to Oregon, the two people working felt very personable or just like they wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Especially the person delivering our coffees, handed them out individually which was very kind! I didn't get a coffee but I tried everyone's and they were so good!! Next time I'd get the purple lemonade matcha too, so refreshing. I got avocado toast and it was perfect! The downstairs is so chic and cute and the upstairs has so much seating with a couch and games and we spent a lot of time up there it was awesome. Will def be back! read more

This is such a cute coffee shop! It's attached to an office building. The vibe is very cool, they have reggae playing and plenty of seating upstairs. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their business. Coffee and food are excellent and all reasonably priced. The owner is very nice and I love supporting local! I wish I lived closer cause this would be my go to spot if so. read more

The espresso here is on point. Not every coffee shop makes a Cortado, and when they do, it's usually hit or miss but this one was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. If you know coffee, you know pulling the perfect shot is an art, and they've got it down. The staff was super friendly and knew their stuff, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself is cute, with lots of plants and a cozy vibe. I also tried the soup of the day a bacon, veggie, and chickpea and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. They also sell bags of the beans which is a cherry on top! read more

Mugs is so awesome! I have loved everything I've had so far and find myself craving a coffee or a matcha and a wrap from here on many occasions. Service is always so kind and accommodating, and there's nothing like the cozy reading area upstairs at Mug's Coffee House! Love the natural light and beautiful plants downstairs as well. Loved this coffee house during our stay in the area! They have so many gluten free options, and the espresso is amazing. One of the owners was telling me they source their espresso from a local roaster. They take such care in making the drinks, it tasted perfect! Ambiance is inviting and clean, I loved the indoor plants throughout the seating area. The owners are so sweet and clearly take pride in their establishment. No longer a friendly place. As we were waking in, we got an unfriendly glare that made us not feel very welcome. Owners have left and new owner has taken over. Menu and ambiance have changed dramatically and staff was not very friendly. Menu has also changed quite a bit. I'll now be visiting human bean and Dutch bro in town. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this coffee shop! The staff are incredibly kind and fantastic at their job. I got a lavender oat milk latte and it was perfect ! We got two bacon English muffins, also perfect. With actual bacon not the pre frozen Starbucks bacon. They also have a whole fridge of ollipops which just made my day! The ambiance and plants make it just the perfect spot to enjoy your drinks and food! read more

Just had a phenomenal breakfast with my wife at Mugs Coffee House. This place is amazing! Fantastic, friendly service from the moment we walked in the door till the moment we left. The coffee house is a small but delightful space for someone to come in and relax and enjoy a wonderful drink and some delicious food. Could not have asked for a better place to enjoy a beautiful morning. We will absolutely be making this our go to place for coffee and breakfast and to support a Black-owned local business. This is literally the best coffee house I have ever been to. I love the owners. They are so sweet and very good at what they do. They always accommodate everyone that walks through the door to be sure they get just what they want. They have so many plant based milk options along with specialty ingredients that include beet root, turmeric and matcha just to name a few:) And don't get me started with their bagel sandwiches. They are otherworldly! A must to try! I love that they have hummus and loads of veggies for a vegan option too! I love supporting a business with such friendly people running it who give back so much to the community. If you're in Lebanon, be sure to check them out! Best coffee shop in Lebanon. I was just back visiting Lebanon today (moved away a few years back), and needed a place to hang out for the afternoon to get some work done. Mugs was open, and offered a great place to set up my workspace and get stuff done. It has a great modern, clean vibe. Service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. The coffee was the best I've had in Lebanon to date. Music was just right, and the upstairs space provides a comfortable space to pass a few hours. Covid-19 related: They did a great job of allowing for social distancing, while not making the space feel forced. Very well done! I didn't try any of their food, so I can't comment there, but based on the rest of the experience I'd expect it to be quite good. I'll definitely be back! read more

I'm not sure what thus spot is doing in this town, but it's got the class of a big city establishment with the charm of a small town. Everything we tried was delicious and hit the spot. I was in town for work and walked down Main St looking for a place to grab some lunch, and as I was passing, I saw this place. A friendly employee waved and smiled through the window at me, so I gave it a try. Modern, clean, and cute cafe with free WiFi, an upstairs seating area with books and games, wall outlets galore, and best of all, the nicest staff. I had a great smoothie and sandwich! Located at the start of 'downtown' in the old JC Penny building resides a little gem of a coffee shop, Mugs Coffee House. This coffee house has artisan coffee drinks that are not too over the top, but loaded with flavor. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a mocha. The bagel was fresh and toasted with the mocha made with quality ingredients. It wasn't overly sweet nor did it taste manufactured. It tasted 'crafted', no cutting corners here! You could taste the soul. They offer other coffee house fair that I look forward to trying in the future (breakfast sandwiches, wraps, etc). They have free wifi with a strong signal with ample space to do what people do at coffee shops! The downstairs space has a big city feel with seating facing large windows that face the Main Street. Lots of light here. Additional seating upstairs offers a couch, tables, work benches. Plenty of room to spread out. I recommend this bright little coffee house. read more

I've only tried the steamed teas so far but they are very good! I always have to add my own sugar because they don't come sweet but it's okay because the flavor is incredible. My boyfriend also really enjoys their lattes. The staff could be a little more cheery because they seem like they hate working there but besides that a great place to get a drink. read more

Simple and tasteful environment. Mostly set up with food to go so there is not much seating. Five of us had lunch and we all enjoyed our sandwiches and drinks - grilled sandwiches, a gluten free egg meal, homemade hummus and carrots, coffees, and an Italian soda (made with fresh fruit syrup, no less.) Excellent value, especially for the quality of the food. As with many small places there may be a wait when it gets busy but folks there are cheerful and working hard. Recommended. read more

I just wanted a sugary pick-me-up... what I got was a ration of snark. I went and sat in a line…read morethat was somewhat confusing. A young person approached my window and said little more than "What do you want?" Not exactly the high energy, friendly greeting I expected, but ok, it's cold and wet out and I'm sure that's no fun. I ordered a large iced rebel ocean water. I wish I could describe the look I got. The young person banged it into her little machine and scolded, "If you ever order that again it is called a BLUE OASIS." Ok sheesh... She took my money... how much was that? Ouch! When I finally got to the pickup window, the young person handing me my drink had it ready and all that was said is, "We call this a blue oasis if you get it in the future..." not "hi", not "thanks", not "how are you", just scolding me for ordering an Ocean water. I looked it up and yeah, it's what I wanted... but why the name matters so much is beyond me... Sigh. Sorry to have made such an issue for a $7 drink. Time to go back to water. Two stars only because it tasted good and despite the line I only waited about 8 minutes.

They never give me my stickers on sticker day, and when I'm the one to ask for them, the "Broistas" serve the ugliest looks. Ooh sorry! The drive through line is always long (obviously Dutch has great beverages) but employees don't enforce right of way which creates frustration when you're waiting in line for 20+ minutes and 4 cars cut the line. I would recommend going to the location closer to the Walmart, they're fast, friendly and actually seem to enjoy their job.

Modern, clean and healthy; you can really tell that this coffee house is about the community it serves. The baristas are thorough, try to find the perfect drink for you and don't mind answering loooots of questions about tea and coffee. They make all their syrups in house (save the ghirahdelli chocolate, yum) to make sure you enjoy a coffee experience instead of a sugar bomb. Mug's is literally the best coffee in Lebanon. The baristas are knowledgable, fun, and helpful. I've never been disappointed and I've drank coffee here daily for about a year. It's entirely worth the stop to find parking on Main St. no matter how busy town is. I suggest grabbing the turkey pesto and a cold brew. Great place to stop as you head out to towards Cheadle or Foster Lakes. Mugs is a win. read more
