We were repeatedly told it was "a journey" while our concerns were ignored, and we naively kept giving them chances to make it right. I suffered injury and facial bruising, endured 21+ try-ins, and was blamed for "weird anatomy" and an incorrect bite. I was ultimately dismissed as a patient for rejecting ill-fitting finals. My partner developed TMJ, and his finals broke immediately in his mouth, and we were blamed for this, rather than a failure of the creation of the appliance. Over this time, we went through multiple dentists, managers, lab techs, and assistants, showing extreme turnover and mismanagement. It took 5 months through corporate complaint to receive a refund, the manager ghosted us. I've since had my ill-fitting and incorrectly sized plate replaced elsewhere after only 2 months and my partner and I both will need surgery to fix their mistakes. They misrepresent materials, lack modern equipment, expose patient information, and provide disorganized, inept care and communication. Sadly, they typically serve the elderly and low-income patients. Don't take your elderly loved one here, this is what they face! Avoid this place entirely. Even if you're desperate, go elsewhere. This place is a rip-off! PS: There are no Prosthodontists at this location!!

The hygienist did a great job! Mouth and tooth pain can be the worst kind of pain. I just had several cavities filled in one session and it was the best experience I've ever had. I always have a lot of jaw pain during dental procedures and Dr. McDonald was considerate and caring the entire time, which meant a lot. The entire team is very friendly, prompt, and eager to assist. To be honest, at this point, it's like seeing an extended family every 6 months... Dr. Burch and his team offer a family-friendly environment and approach, meaning this isn't the dentist or team that you see once and never return. They, like me, are relationship builders. Investing in a dentist, much like a family-care practitioner, is all too overlooked in this day-and-age, and I appreciate that they call me when I've overlooked my 6 month visit, or take the time to send me a card to wish me a happy birthday. At my first visit Dr Song addressed my concerns of the ownership change right away and she even offers me warranty on my previous filling with previous owner. Dr Song is very nice and patient and she never tried to cross sell unnecessary treatments. She would provide options pros and cons and let me choose my own treatment plan, she is honest and transparent with the process. She is very fun to chat with as well, great bedside manner. Also the wait is always short and the staffs are all friendly, there are free drinks in waiting area and little goodie bag upon departure, what not to like?
