I wasn't expecting a line on a sleepy Friday morning, but there was a rather long line and it was consistent. I ordered an almond milk latte and oh boy, this coffee is strong and satisfying. The line is justified. They have a large menu and some breakfast and pastry item also. Cute outdoor seating area. Casual. Please come and create your own experience.

I've been wanting to try this place forever and finally did on the first pretty day of spring. I ran the bridge and then treated myself with a DELICIOUS iced foxy chai latte. It's different than any other chai I've ever had and in the best way. It's got a little extra something in the flavoring and I cannot get enough! The hot drip coffee was also great. The outdoor seating area is cute and perfect for after a walk or hanging out with your dog. There is no inside or indoor seating area. I wish they were open on Sunday because I always try to go but I know everyone needs a day off. I already can't wait to go back!!

Brown Fox is my favorite coffee in Charleston area. Located in Mount Pleasant, just a walk up window to order! The best coffee year round, my favorite non-seasonal is The Mexican Chai Latte, my favorite fall favorite is the Autumn Spiced Tea. Recently upgraded their outdoor patio and furniture! You'll likely always see a line but there's a reason for that. It's my favorite Saturday stop. All the staff are so nice and attentive! Also, Friday's they host another small business of Mabel Mae's...which is the best combo ever.

Was looking for a coffee shop to do some work at, and Brown Fox had the best reviews! There was a crowd of people ordering and waiting for their drinks, which was a good sign. The line went by pretty quick, and I got the Mexican Fox Mocha, which was pretty good! It was definitely a bit of a wait for the drink, but thats ok, I don't mind. I wish there was a tad more seating, but luckily a seat opened up while I was waiting so I could enjoy the weather while knocking out some emails. Definitely would recommend this place!

I came here one day by recommendation of a friend. Very cute little coffee window with a parking lot. Good selection of offerings. I had a lavender latte which was pretty good. I bought a bag of coffee as well. Pleasant and smooth flavor, medium light body. Having lived in the Pacific Northwest I'm a little picky about coffee, but this place gets really high marks for creativity and friendliness. read more

I stopped by for the first time this morning while on my way to the Mount Pleasant Holiday Market. It was a cold day, so a hot beverage (mostly just to keep my hands warm) was essential. To say they were slammed was an understatement. With lots of food options at the Market, this was the only place near by to grad something to drink, so everyone seemed to have the same idea. There were 4 or 5 ladies inside making the drinks and they were cranking them out! Customer service didn't suffer in their attempts to get everyone served quickly and move through the line. I ordered the chocolate covered almond latte and it was delicious--it was not too sweet and it was very satisfying! read more

If you like quick easy and convenient then you've come to the right place. Brown Fox is not my favorite place to go in Mount Pleasant and that's just because it's competitors are hard to reach, but it is far superior in its creativity and service, I have never gone to Brown Fox and felt like I was being an inconvenience or burden to the workers, they are always willing to help me decide, and are always finish my drink in a timely manner. Brown Fox is located on Coleman Boulevard near Moultrie Middle School and would be a great treat for any parents looking to grab something quick before dropping off / picking up the kiddos before school. read more

Best coffee I have ever had! I have been here many times, and have always been happy. The people are always happy to serve me, you can tell they love their job! The time to get your coffee, or pastries is always quick! The setting is very cute, and has many picnic tables for you to drink your coffee or eat your pastries at. I have been so happy with the high quality, great tasting coffee, I have brought many friends here. This is hands down the best coffee place in town, or elsewhere. When I lived in town, I stopped by to get my mexican brown fox mocha every chance I got. When I returned to town for a visit, this was the first stop on my first morning in town. The customer service far exceeds any Starbucks or Dunkin and the coffee is smooth, flavorful, delicious, and now worth a 7 hour drive to get back to. Love this place!! read more

Fantastic coffee stop with outdoor seating. The young woman who helped me was super friendly and answered all my questions before ordering. I highly recommend the Mexican Fox iced. It has a slight kick of cayenne and secret spices (her words not mine) but not overpowering. This will be my go to coffe stop whenever I am back in town. read more

I consider myself a coffee snob and I say this is good coffee. If you can't drink awful house or McDs coffee and you like actual fresh coffee then this will not disappoint you. If you cannot discern the difference, then this will still be very good. Also, it doesn't hurt that these girls are pretty and super nice. I'm tired of the attitude I get sometimes from employees at sub-parbucks. "Medium.. you mean Grande... yeah whatever the one in the middle is sweetheart. Think you can translate?" Haha. When I tell you, this place is worth the wait (sometimes in the morning, it is backed up with people in line)... It is worth the wait!! I love the ice mocha and the toasted macaroon coffee gives me just the kick I need. I work across the street, so it is easy to just walk over. Friendly service and they have a "stamp" program with cards for a free drink once you reach a certain limit. read more

Established in 2015.

We began building the Brown Fox Coffee truck knowing that we wanted a mobile shop that could got to events around the Charleston area but also, that could stay put during the week and serve "regulars" day in and day out. We wanted the coffee shop feel however on a small scale, mobile scale that would add to the excitement of our business!

I love how they finely chopped up the jalapenos so you could get some in every bite. It was cheesy, spicy, and oh so good I was scraping the bowl. The oversized with toppings was more than enough for dinner and I was stuffed by the end. It is a pricey bowl of mac but I know they're using a ton of cheese to make it so tasty. The buns soft, the burgers crispy, with onions, cheese, and a delicious sauce. While Swig & Swine is known for some of the best BBQ, their burgers deliver great taste too. We have enjoyed Swig & Swine multiple times since they opened, and keep coming back.

Brown Fox Coffee is a hot spot for coffee lovers! With its coastal vibe and outdoor-only seating, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The staff are friendly, patient, and clearly take pride in their craft. The simple menu makes it easy to choose your favorite drink, and there are snacks available if you're hungry. If you like sweeter coffee, be sure to mention it when ordering, as they keep the flavoring subtle and don't go overboard with sweetness. We waited about 20 minutes for two coffees, so while the wait reflects their popularity, it might not be the best option if you're short on time.
