Some of the best coffee I've ever had, hands down! My husband and I stumbled on this adorable spot while staying in the area for an anniversary, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Hands down best coffee I've ever had!!!!! Their Cold Brew was so refreshing, and they put the PERFECT amount of cream in it. I also added vanilla, and it was subtle. I would get it every day if I could! I tried my sister's Dirty Foxy Chai and WOW- best chai I've ever had! This place deserves all the stars and then some! My parents loved their hot coffees; my dad got the dark roast and my mom got the medium. I saw the many five-star reviews here, so my family figured it was a must to try! We were NOT DISAPPOINTED! This is a great little coffee shop. Tons of character with trees & Spanish moss overhanging the outdoor order window. I ordered the coco loco drink - an iced latte made with coconut syrup and coconut milk. It had the perfect amount of sweetness (mild), bold coffee flavor, and great aftertaste. My wife had the strawberry basil smoothie (I know, not coffee...). She really enjoyed it. They had fresh basil on the window sill. So, it very well may be locally grown. The menu and atmosphere of the Brown Fox are outstanding. Service was excellent as well. The barista was very friendly. A welcome change from some places where the person seems to expect a tip without putting any effort into pleasing the customer. Overall: Highly recommended! This is a great coffee shop. Best coffee in the area, by far. My go-to is the foxy chai. Highly recommend. Have also tried their iced mocha and the biz - both of which were great. The bacon cheddar biscuit is also pretty good. The perfect local coffee shop! I got their fall house cold brew and it was divine-- and I will definitely turn my nose up to poor tasting coffee so that is saying something. I definitely regret adding the cream but old habits die hard. The blueberry scone was perfect and their outdoor seating is great. I was extremely ill for six months and only able to consume water, coconut water and a protein meal replacement as my only source of nutrients towards the end of the worst of this illness.... Kinda disappointed today. I generally love this place but today was just not good. My Mexican fox was great but my friend made the mistake of ordering iced coffee. It tasted very sweet. This is a great little coffee walk up window. They make your standard classics plus some rotating specialties. I've had The Biz a couple times which is a hazelnut americano with cream that's been iced. You can order it hot too. The service is pretty quick and they've got some pastries and muffins available when you get to the counter as well. If you want to hang out, there's some picnic tables to the right and a small parking lot to the left. Plenty of people pop in and out of the side part of the Wells Fargo lot too. I'm sure you're not supposed to but nobody seems to mind if it's Quick. If you bring you're laptop, they've got WiFi too. Just ask at the counter for the password. read more

I was in the area, had my two fur babies with me, and needed to stop somewhere dog-friendly to use WiFi to sign some urgent documents that needed to be submitted within the hour. Brown Fox Coffee seemed like the perfect solution. Such an cute concept! The cute, little coffee shop is set up like a permanently parked food truck. Place your order with the friendly baristas at the window and grab a seat at one of the wooden benches or picnic tables set underneath patio umbrellas. It's a perfect addition to the area. Perfect for those sunny days! You could even make it a pit stop on your way to or back from Shem Creek or Sullivan's Island! I opted for The Biz (iced hazelnut Americano) after the barista told me they ran out of coconut syrup for their Coco Loco (iced latte with coconut syrup and coconut milk). The Biz has a very mild flavor and the coffee aftertaste isn't strong at all. I like The Biz, but I need my Coco Loco. Be back soon! read more

This little coffee shop is adorable! I loved the set up and aesthetics. They had a great menu selection with some seasonal drinks. I was tempted by those but when for a dirty chai, which was super tasty - the perfect balance of sweet and spiced with a kick of espresso.
