    A overpriced medium cone

Small ice creams and expensive price 4.17 for a medium with 2 scoops... cash only, rocky parking lot . Close to the water.

This was a pull-a-U-turn stop. John was just saying he wanted a nibble from a local, little spot and I pointed at the ice cream stand as we passed by and said, like that??? lol- yup, queue tired squealing as we pulled off the road! John's favorite food- ice cream. Add to it a burger and onion rings and you had a very happy man. I was surprised at how fast the order came out too. Bathrooms were clean. They have several picnic tables on their porch and more out back under trees. I loved the mural painted on the back shed and just the look screamed summer treat! Obviously a local favorite as they were very busy while we were there! Everything that came out looked good- but I would say the ice cream is where it is at. The food was what I would expect, a secondary offering- but decent. The selection of flavors is extensive- if you are indecisive, you may struggle here, lol!

Cute local ice cream, burger and fries joint. Friendly service and tasty ice cream with a wide selection of flavors. Their ice cream floats are to die for. I did not have a chance to try the food but the menu looked typical and seemed well priced. Only drawbacks to this spot are that the you have to eat outside (no indoor dining) and, as others have stated, they only take cash and you have to go to an ATM reportedly down the road. Worth a quick stop on a hot day.

very friendly place, nice outdoor seating, good selection. Only one downer for me. I ordered a brownie sundae which was adbuntant and delicious, but the girl cutting my brownie was cutting it with her bare hands on a stainless steel countertop then placed it in my bowl. I would prefer gloves when touching my food. Countertop didnt look all that clean in that area. So please wear gloves is all I'm asking. thank you

Huge variety of (Perry's) ice cream options and we each had two different scoop flavors.

It's very clean and new looking. They have 2 toddler size picnic tables and a sand box which I thought was a nice touch. Although the sandbox could be owned by the food shack next door. They also have nice patio furniture and high table tops all of which is covered. They have multiple menus posted outside in various areas and also have a menu posted inside. You can also order and receive your food from a window or go inside. I ordered a sundae with soft serve chocolate/vanilla twist ice cream, hot fudge, peanut butter sauce, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and peanuts. It was good, but the ice cream was much thicker then I expected or prefer in a sundae. I think it's custard. It started to melt as soon as I received it. Luckily it wasn't too hot out or who knows. It's across from Fishers Auto and has no branding on the outside of the building as of 5/5/18. There are only 2 flag style signs that say ice cream.

We got there as they opened so they were still in the midst of baking their pies, but we didn't mind walking around the Olcott shops to pass the time. A pie or pasty with a toffee pudding will fill you up. I had the cheese and onion pasty and a sticky toffee pudding and both were very tasty! I came with a friend who ordered 4 pies (she ate the chicken curry pie there and took the rest home). Worth the trip from Amherst.
