Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. over charged for oil. they had an advertised sale price posted on their website. sent a friend in…read moreto buy oil and they charged a higher price. he was unaware of the sale price so there were no questions asked at the time of the transaction. when my friend returned to the job site i noticed the receipt I called the store to speak with the manager. An employee said the manager was with a customer and he would call me when he was free. I explained the situation to this employee and 4 days later no response. The price difference does not justify driving to the store for a price correction. I guess they figure if we ignore the problems they will go away.
