Just reached 10K miles on 1 July 24 and they performed the 10K service. Even checked the right rear convertible top pivoting cover and came up with a fix. Everything about the car was in great condition and they topped of fluids as needed, replaced engine oil and filter, set tire pressures, reset service indicator and TPMS. All this took time, but it was well worth the wait. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend Autowerkes service if you own a German or Euro car, you won't be disappointed!

I contacted the shop and spoke to owner Sergio, he told me he knew nothing about it. Found out that they bought the car with a blown motor and replaced it with a junkyard motor. I have proof of this with pics and video. I called the owner Sergio back and all he said was it was a good car and is there no issues with it. I feel I paid too much for the car being it's not original and not happy with the owner lying about it.

Getting updates was like pulling teeth. He offered me a free oil change, overfilled the reservoir, and broke the seal on my valve cover requiring a gasket replacement, which I had repaired at another shop. The shift linkage issue was fixed by a new steering column. The installation of which caused my turn signal cancelation switch to stop working. Also, the retaining pin to hold the shift lever in place doesn't go all the way through, so it occasionally will come off in my hand if I forget to push that pin in. This leads me to the reason for the review: I've been calling for two weeks to ask which steering column he installed to get replacement parts. When he answers, which is rare, he always tells me he'll find out and call back. I've never gotten a call back. I'll never let this guy touch another vehicle of mine again.

When I picked it up the very next day, it was NOT blowing cold air. I went back in the store (even before leaving the lot) and the presumed Owner/Manager said one of the hoses was leaking. He said it would be another $380.00 to fix the AC (a new hose) in addtion to the money that I had already paid for the initial AC repair!! We spoke with the Owner/Manager who admitted that the lines were working yesterday but, for some reason where leaking today. To reitterate, I hadn't even drove it off the premises when I realized the AC was blowing HOT AIR. We felt very mislead by the whole situation. The owner neglated to take any responsibilty for what happened. It is the responsiblity of the Owner/Mechanic to make an accurate diagnosis and if they make a mistake in that diagnosis, simply take responsibility and make right on the situation. A sincere mechanic would not have treated a consumer this way by taking them down a rabbit hole for a service that failed. This garage took our money without providing the service that we requested. They promised to repair the AC which we paid for then, asked for another $380.00 to actually make the repair. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

I took my car to Firestone for what I thought was a simple taillight change, but it turns out I had a much deeper electrical issue that required a place specializing in European cars to fix. Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone! I can't say enough great things about the service I received here. I highly recommend this shop if your European car needs a repair!

At 2:00 pm on Tuesday, it still had not been put on the lift. They kept it all day Wednesday and then again all day Thursday. When it was finally done, I was given a bill for more than $200 over the "maximum price" they quoted. I was never contacted about the price increase or unauthorized work they performed. When your car suddenly starts shaking and it smells like something is burning, you don't want to take any chances. It was a weekend and late in the evening but I was able to have the tow truck drop my car in the rear of the shop and I used the key drop off box and the provided slip to explain what the concern was. Within 24 hours, I got a call back explaining the issue along with a quote. The diagnosis was one ignition coil went bad and two other coils had bad connectors. It turns out, another shop I previously went to botched a coil connector repair in the past which made the problem worse. I also ended up getting an oil change since I was due for one anyway. The cost was $450. This seemed reasonable based on the amount of work that needed to be done. The car was ready the next business day after I initially dropped it off and has been running smoothly ever since!
