They used every tactic car dealers are famous for. I feel like I lost 5k during the transaction. I will never do business with them again.

I traveled from Chicago, Illinois, to purchase this truck based on the photos and information the…read moredealership provided regarding its condition. Unfortunately, after arriving, I discovered several issues that had not been disclosed before I made the trip. The truck had a cracked front windshield, a trailer hitch ball that was locked in place with no key available for removal, and only one key fob instead of two. While inspecting the vehicle more closely, I also noticed that the paint-marked bolts securing the driver's-side front fender had visible tool marks and scratches consistent with prior removal. I observed similar marks on the driver's door hinge bolts. In contrast, the corresponding bolts on the passenger side appeared untouched and in their original condition. This raised concerns for me about the possibility of prior repair work or accident damage that was not disclosed and was not reflected on the Carfax report. As a result of these findings, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. I spent $716 on airfare, in addition to the time and expense of traveling, only to discover issues that I believe should have been communicated before I made the trip. I understand that used vehicles can have imperfections, but I believe customers traveling long distances deserve complete and transparent disclosure of any known condition issues so they can make an informed decision before investing significant time and money. This took place on 07/14/2026.

I was having problems getting my car started, called to talk to someone about getting it there for a check up. Brandon was super helpful and friendly over the phone and Justin went above and beyond when I went to pick it up. They took care of my battery problem, rotated my tires and did my oil change as well! Justin explained what I my car needed soon and offered his help for that too, then had my car washed before I left. 10/10!! Looking forward to using them again.

Shady Experience and Poor Transparency -- Walked Away Disappointed…read more I recently went to this dealership to buy a car for my elderly mother. I was greeted by Blaine, who showed me the car and joined me on a test drive. From the start, I made it clear that I didn't want to play the usual "back and forth" pricing games -- I asked him to give me his best offer up front. After taking quite a while to "check with his manager," Blaine came back and told me that the very car I had just driven was already sold. That immediately raised red flags. He then said they had other cars available online, but when he returned 10-15 minutes later, the price he quoted was higher than the online price, by $1000+. He tried to explain that they were "giving me money off" what they had invested in the car, but the sticker price was actually about $1,000 over what was listed online. To make things worse, he said the dealership would "only make $120" on the deal -- a line that sounded scripted and designed to make the offer seem fair. It was clear he'd been trained to say all the right things while still trying to justify inflated pricing. Overall, the entire process felt misleading, disorganized, and condescending, especially toward a single woman just trying to buy a reliable car for her elderly mother. I chose to walk away rather than get caught in a shady transaction. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently visited Fletcher Honda to purchase a new Honda Pilot Elite, and the experience was…read moredisappointing. The vehicle had approximately $2,400 in dealer add-ons (Fletcher Advantage, protection package, window tint, etc.) added on top of the MSRP. I wasn't asking for those items for free. I simply asked that they be removed so we could negotiate starting from Honda's MSRP. The sales manager repeatedly told me, "We can do that." But instead of removing the add-ons and presenting a new price, he continued explaining what each package included and why it was valuable. After the first explanation, I told him I understood and again asked him to remove them. I made the same request four more times. Each time he said he could, but never actually went back to his computer to remove them. He just continued trying to justify the packages. Eventually I told him, "You keep saying you can remove them, but you haven't actually done it. You just keep explaining them." Negotiating a vehicle price is expected. What I didn't expect was not being allowed to negotiate from the actual MSRP after repeatedly being told the dealer add-ons could be removed. If the add-ons are optional, then remove them when a customer asks. If they're mandatory, just say they're mandatory. Don't repeatedly tell a customer you'll remove them while continuing to sell them instead. The entire experience felt more like a sales tactic than an honest negotiation, and unfortunately it left me looking elsewhere for my purchase.

It all started with my first service advisor Logan. They had my Jeep for quite a few days and then said they had the issue fixed. I picked it up and before I even got home the warning light for the rear diff was back on. So I called and rescheduled it for service. Took it in and they had it for a few more days and then when I kept calling and texting to get an update, Logan told me they had to order a part and that it was on backorder. So I picked it back up. I had to call several times over the next couple of weeks to get any kind of status update on the backorder. Part finally came in and they called to schedule it. I set an appointment and took it in. At this point Logan is longer employed there so I get a new service advisor who is also the Assistant Manager. I thought this would be good and I would at least get better communication than I got with Logan. That was a mistake to think that would be the case. After they had it for 2 more days I called and ended up getting the "text" message thing again. I also left a voice message asking for a status update. I didn't get a text or a call back. So I called again the next day and again got not response. When he finally did call me back the following day he was pretty short and said that it was a hard repair and wouldn't be able to get it completed before the weekend. He asked if I wanted to pick it up and reschedule. I said yes. He told me he would call me on Monday to get it scheduled. I ended up calling back on Wednesday and setting up an appointment with their service desk. Once it was dropped off I called & texted for 2 more days looking to get an update on when they would be finished. I finally had to drive up there, walk in, & stand in front of Doug to find out that it was done. Who knows when he might have gotten around to letting me know it was finished. I called and left a message for the shop manager and never received a call back. Yesterday I got a text message from Sierra @ McLarty Daniel CDJR asking how my recent service visit went. When I told her that it was terrible she asked what happened. I told her it really boiled down to poor communication. That was the last I heard from her. No response at that point. Which was what led to this review. POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!

They apparently took it in on trade the week before. I setup my time, they knew I was coming, yet didn't feel it was necessary to detail it or even tell me it had not gone through shop or detail. Infuriated at the lack of care and service with the whole experience. it was a done deal, easiest sale. I was so frustrated, I just said this is ridiculous and left. I don't know what had happened to dealerships, but it's not even worth buying from them anymore.

They claimed that quote, "both inner and outer tie rod ends on both sides have play." (IMMEDIATE ATTENTION) $757.09 Having my own shop back in 70s, I never had tie rods all go bad at the same time and in four months from the last service and I couldn't believe the cost. We took her Fe to Worley's in Berryville to see what it would cost and an alignment. They found there were no loose tie rods and did an alignment for $88.65. In my opinion this is attempted theft by deception or Fe untrained techs. On 8/18/26 my wife took Fe back in for an oil change and engine check light. They wanted $185 to diagnosis the problem. Being of old school and old to boot, I didn't want to mess with it and told to go ahead and let them do it. Quote: "found a dtc for misfire on cylinder 2 a dtc for cylinder 2 injector. upon inspection found wire for cylinder 2 to be cut causing the cel and vehicle shaking advise to replace engine harness. customer decline." Cost $9893.2 that's right $10,000 dollars My wife went to pick up the Fe to bring it home and the battery was dead, we have had no problem with the battery, they did a quick charge to get it going. She ask if the had been checked during inspection, the came back and said no. They check the battery and that it failed that would be another $350 dollars. I told my wife to bring the car home, if it will run, and she did. I have four battery testers all four say the battery is good only a little week do to age. I dug out my code reader and hooked it up and confirmed what they said, and they were right. Only the wires were eat off by a mouse down to the injector plug and close were it comes out of the main harness. I went on line and found that they make a repair just for such an occasion for $16.95. I made the the repair in less than 30 minutes. On the inspection report they claimed they topped washer fluid and that coolant level was good. The coolant reservoir was empty and the washer fluid was low. We will not be going back, it seems that they are out to get as much money out customers as can by what ever means. CUSTOMERS BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
