Stay away from these guys, this dealership on sales, I did get a good deal in November but it ended there. Not 3 months & 1100 miles later my check engine light came on (very cold morning) I called them and was told to drive around until it warmed up and see if the light goes out (really it was the check engine light) so I did & it did not, checked the oil and none showed on the dipstick (not good sign) called them back was told to add oil and if wanted I could get an oil change on Friday also the hood latch would latch either. Left a message for the sales manger to call me back after his meeting did not hear from him either. Called Jeep Wave and they took of it with Deere Brothers Jeep in Iowa City, Deere Brothers will be my Jeep dealer going forward. read more

I just wanted a cheap used car, but we just wanted something to drive to get us by for a few months. Then give to our daughter. Purchased a car from them. The salesman nicely offered to go bring it up for us or so I thought. Not really he didn't want us to hear the engine knock when it started. While on the test drive I was surprised to see that the gas tank was full. The salesman indicated oh yeah they do that. Nope fuel gauge doesn't work. The car had new tires and there was a growl. Road noise I was told from the tires. Wrong again wheel bearing. I was told they had replaced the fuel pump and the water pump. I know the fuel pump wasn't replaced. I wasn't looking for a perfect car just a cheap one. Only the engine knock would have kept me from buying this, but they showed their colors. read more

Purchased a vehicle from them that has a worn transmission and leaking valve cover gaskets and was then sold a 36k mile service contract that intentionally doesn't cover those repairs. Their service manager informed the covers should have been replaced about 20k miles prior. When I informed him they sold me the vehicle 12k miles ago he quickly turned around on his comment and said they didn't need it at the time but is a fire hazard if I don't do it now. Then when I found out the service contract doesn't cover the exact repairs I need he said that's how the warranty people get you. THE SAME WARRANTY CONTRACT HIS SALES TEAM PUSHED ME INTO BUYING! They know they scammed me and don't care at all. Stay far away. Positive note: At least my vehicle runs for now and hopefully I have it paid off before it blows up and have to purchase another because the service contract probably won't cover the repair or will be expired read more
