Her location is very tricky to find - and google maps lead me astray. I actually had to call her to find the place. You have to turn into the Arbors at Carrollwood development (look for the flags at the entrance), circle a roundabout, and then her location is in the shops area, next to a laundromat. It is not marked very well, so look for the hanging sign. Her shop is just one room, so I waited outside while she finished with her current client. I love that she was exactly on time, even though she had back-to-back appointments. Ashley was awesome! Friendly, cheerful, and chatty, she made my waxing time fly by, with a minimal amount of pain. Her shop was bright and clean, and appeared to be very sanitary. The experience was just so perfect, I have already scheduled my next appointment in 4 weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised to find she has a $39 Brazilian deal on Wednesdays (though her prices are overall very reasonable- especially for the service itself, and in comparison to other salons). The online booking was vey easy to navigate and use. I accidentally scheduled my appoinment for the wrong time and she got back to me in less than 30 minutes and resolved my issue easily. Every nail tech that has ever attended me has always applied the same exact standard of care when servicing me. It's as if they go through a very formal, high level of training.
