Your in a private room. Place is clean and follows covid guidelines. Facial - one needs to make an appointment. They have a 30 minutes or 1 hour facial. Price is decent for 1 hour facial. DO NOT STEP FOOT INSIDE!!! This was my first time getting my brows done at Brows arch. I went into this establishment on 11/13, to get my brows done. It been 8 months since I had my brows threaded. I've been maintaining them myself at home due to covid. My brows were in a good place before, I was happy with them. I had date night with my hubby, so I wanted to get my brows cleaned up. When I sat in the chair, I specifically told the woman that I liked my brow shape. I did not want to go thinner and I just needed them to be cleaned up. I knew to be specific with my needs because, I've had a bad experience before. I even went in with my brows filled in, so she could follow the shape that I already had. When she was done, I felt my skin burning-like a rug burn. When she was done she proceeded to ask me what I used to fill my brows with, and she asked if I wanted to use what she had. I was like, "huh"? Why would I need to fill my brows in, if I had asked her to just clean them up- that's it. Really, my brows shouldn't have came off. I had just asked for a clean up, not a whole new eyebrow shape. She hands me the mirror and half of my eyebrows were completely gone and my skin was red. I looked at her and told her, "My eyebrows are way too thin". She looked back at me very surprised, like she didn't know she f&$@&* up my brows. I looked at my daughter and said, "Look at me eyebrows, they are so thin". At that point I should have told her off, but I didn't. I kept my composure. The woman asked me if I wanted to start a stamp card, I said "No thank you", paid her and walked away. I should've just left without paying, she ruined my 8 months of eyebrow growth. I was so disappointed, I went into Daiso across the way and balled my eyes out. Eyebrows are just as important as a woman's hair. How difficult was it for her to just clean up the stray hairs underneath my brows. I don't get it. Maybe there was a language barrier and she did not understand english, who knows. You could tell she was stressed out, hurrying with the eyebrows and not able to let us make our purchase until 15 min later. I can't say much about the eyebrow threading here. The customer that was there was complaining about how her eyebrows were uneven. Please read before coming here! This is an honest review. I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded... unfortunately this will be my last visit. The area is typically clean and well ventilated. I normally have the same girl that does my eyebrows and have been satisfied in the past, however, I had a different girl that did not seem to care. I came in on Monday, June 26th in the evening with my sister. The girl working there spent more time on my right arch and she stopped rather suddenly on my left arch to check her phone because it was ringing... to my horror I saw that the left arch was not even! It was way higher and not smooth... I pointed this out to her and she corrected it with "your done"... I feel she should have asked "how is it now?" Oh and btw she was talking on the phone when she was redoing my eyebrows! My sister was also unsatisfied with how her eyebrows turned out... Her customer service was poor and she did not seem to care about the treatment... I did not get her name because I knew I wouldn't come back here but here is a description of her: she will be on her phone, wears a portable headphone around her neck. If you want your eyebrows to be even go to Macy's brow bar at Eastridge mall or Amarjeet on 3128 Edenbank Dr, San Jose, CA 95148 (5 minute driving distance). Both places are BETTER with excellent customer service but Macy's brow bar is expensive, $21 while Amarjeet is just $6! I've had a great experience for both. Do not go here. My eyebrows are completely ruined. They took out too much on the outer part of one eye brow, and on the opposite eyebrow they took took much on the inner part. Not only that, but too much off the bottom of one, and too much on the top of the other. My whole face looks lop sided now!!! My eye brow are not only now super crooked, but shifted on my forehead!! I should have known better than to give them a second chance. The first time they made my eye brows slightly crooked/uneven and had the audacity to tell me it's my natural eyebrows. B****H no, they were perfectly straight before you touched them. I'm the idiot to think it was just a one off. Every time I go to Eastridge Mall, I always see Brow Arch across from Daiso. I've been checking Yelp to see if their business has been added but no luck to see if they're any good. I always see people in there so I finally gave them a chance. First impression, its a large space with a few chairs and a lot of accessories displayed around the store. The woman that did my eyebrow threading was very inviting initially and had me sit down after telling her I was interested in eyebrow threading. It's not my first time eyebrow threading so I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up of any stray hairs and trimming the longer hairs to groom them in shape. The process was too quick, I was in and out within a 5 minute time span. Anyone that knows me, I'm very particular with how my eyebrows look and I did not leave satisfied. She took off too much hair, she didn't shape them to what the initial shape was... she made them thinner with a higher/sharper arch. There's a saying "Eyebrows aren't twins, they're sisters" but they're not even related after this eyebrow threading. I just wanted to pay and get out. Pointing out any errors won't fix the situation since I can't magically grow that hair back to have reshape, and I wouldn't want them touching my eyebrows again. She was very pushy about purchasing their membership or prepaying for threading services. After I declined, her attitude was a complete 180 from I first came in. In two weeks, I'll definitely avoid coming to this place to get my eyebrows reshaped. Don't judge a book by its cover; even though this eyebrow threading establishment is in a clean, well lit store, I would rather have my eyebrows threaded at the kiosk in the mall out in the public to see. read more

She then greeted another client and walked to the counter-- leaving me reclined with my hands on my eyes. When she finished threading, I looked in the mirror and I FROWNED. Never have my eyebrows been so lopsided and uneven. The lady had the nerve to say that my eyebrows were already short on one side... Seriously? I went to get my full face threaded yesterday and I always forget to ask the lady her name but she's young and slim. She's very good. When I arrived she was already working on someone else but she politely greeted me and asked if I could wait a couple of minutes. I have no problem with waiting and once she was ready for me it only took about 10-15 min to do my whole face. Very fast considering it was the first time I've ever had my whole face done(meaning very long side burns). While she was doing my face 2 other customers came in but that didn't make her rush or make me feel like I was going to start receiving below par service. The only down side is that if this young lady isn't working I won't get my face or even just eyebrows done. I wish all workers were up to the same par. read more

She did not feel bad at all, and even tried to excuse herself because I "have long eyelashes"... Please bear in mind that I did not have false lashes or extensions on at the time. The first time I came here, it was okay, but the left slightly didn't match my right. The lady was nice though. The second time I came, a different lady did them and she rushed it. There were still hairs that she missed. What annoyed me the most was her attitude. She made no eye contact whatsoever, didn't even smile, and had a look that says "ugh you are annoying." She was also on the phone the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME! That lady could have asked me how I wanted to do them but she was preoccupied with her conversation. I would give it lower stars if possible. The jewelry looks good here, but its of bad quality. It falls down once and the stones come off. They have a no return or refund policy for that obvious reason, they know they dont have good stuff and people would come back asking for return. I was looking at an earring and by mistake my hand touched another earring, and it fell down, one stone came off. The sales lady was like you have to pay. I offered to pay for the repaid and said $50 for a pair of earrings whose stones come off when they fall down is not worth it. The lady there is super rude, made a comment like "If you cant afford it, why did you come in the store". There could be more polite ways to talk. In India, shop keeper would happily fix the stone, and be a good businessman and sell his stuff and guarantee that his stuff is good and stone falling is rare, Anyways, I paid and left the earrings for them. Don't want to buy cheap stuff. Well, they got their money but they just lost many customers. Would not step in their shop again. Basically my mother was busy talking about business in her phone while settling down in a chair, and this one tired-looking lady didn't start on her brows but she sprinted up to her co-worker and laughed about the way my mother talked.
