Her customer service is exceptional--she's friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. There have been many times when I've shown her inspiration photos, and she has recreated the look perfectly, often exceeding my expectations. Booking an appointment is quick and easy, which makes the entire experience even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the plaza has limited parking, so I recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to give yourself enough time to find a spot. Overall, I can't recommend Helen enough. If you're looking for a talented lash artist with excellent customer service and reasonable pricing, she's definitely the one to go to. Set prices are also very affordable, making it easy to maintain your lashes without breaking the bank. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes!

They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

I spend almost $200 every visit, so I should be able to ask for my nails to be done the way I requested. Being treated like that in front of my daughter and the entire salon was completely unacceptable. If you want a salon that welcomes feedback and values its customers, I'd look elsewhere.

My first and last time here. I came 15-20 minutes before closing and the worker didn't seem too happy that I walked in. She wasn't very welcoming and didn't introduce herself so I didn't get her name. She was very straight forward and asked what I needed done. I told her I've gotten my eyebrows threaded else where previous and I wanted to keep the same shape since I was happy with it. No more than 10 minutes later, she told me I was done. Looking at the mirror, I was not happy with the work. She gave me some generic cookie cutter shape eyebrows you see in those eyebrow stencils that weren't even consistent with each other. My left eyebrow was much thinner. She offered to "fix the problem" meaning to make my other eyebrow thinner. The overall shape after looked decent but not what I asked for. The remedy to fix the problem was ultimately to make them match. Visibly upset, she asked if I would like to join their program that would save me money. I couldn't believe it! I just paid and left. Next time I will take my business somewhere else. read more

Hi girls im writting this post, to make all of you aware of the bad costumer and racism at one of the stores in the eastridge. its called Brow Arch and tonite is the last time i walk in there. the employee got her phone stolen by 3 "MEXICAN girls" that where in there before my husban,my baby and I walked in. we got our brows done, and walked around the store looking at jewlery. As we walked out she accused us of taking her phone. Yelling at me infront if my baby whom i was holding. I told her to come down check her cameras, we waited in the store with her the whole time. She then gets a call from "Manager' and said. Oh it was one of those "MEXICAN" girls, not you. The whole time shes rude, and giving me attitude. I was close to kicking her ass untill the security came in and she continue to yell "get out of my store, you "Mexicans always hack shit" exaclty her words. I WOULD NOT COME BACK TO THE STORE AND I ASK FOR YOU "MEXICANS" TO NOT GO THERE TO SHOW THAT "INDIAN" girl that we are not all getto to hack shit.... Thank you for reading. read more

I usually done my eye brows from Kashish out in Sunnyvale. Today I don't have time to drive all the way In Sunnyvale. So I decided give chance to this place. Eastridge mall is pretty close to my home. It just 5 min far from my home. I went there today around 2 pm. I got my eyebrow nd upper lips. I m very happy with the service. This is a great place! I love the girls that do my eyebrows here, one of the girls name is kuldip which does eyebrows very well and arches them with perfect shape. I have been doing my eyebrows here since a while. They also have a member ship that is for 3 months and you can go in anytime you want and which is much cheaper then paying $10.00 each time you go. They are just Great! I had eyebrows that we very thin and I wanted them to go thicker. They helped me grow them out and they are just perfect now! This place is amazing!! read more
