Billy immediately pulls up many samples and gave me an explanation of what each settings would look like. After about 10 mins, we settled on a details and I opted to skip out on the chain until the pendant was completed. When it came time to pickup, TQ helped me decide on some chains that would compliment the pendant and I absolutely fell in love with it. We opted for the cuban link vs the rope chain. Glad he helped me! :) He told me never to take it off because it's healing properties and it helps the body. He told me he wore his for many years and never took it off wow! When choosing a jeweler for something as meaningful as an engagement ring, trust and transparency matter a lot.
