I called Friday 2/17 to check for openings. I got helped luckily the day of. The service was great, I did not have to wait and got assisted right away. I had a week old lash extensions from another lash tech that I didn't like, and they were able to take them all off for me and give me a new set. I went for my second time for a lash lift on 3/16/24. After leaving I noticed some of my lashes on my right eye were frizzy and some were curled so tight onto my skin. A few lashes on both eyes were also falling out. I decided to let that go. The next day my eyes were stinging/burning & I reached out to the manager to ask if this was normal, she said it's usually not and to use eye drops. I decided to go to the doctor the following day since the irritation was getting worse and my eyes were starting to hurt. After being checked by my doctor, she said the chemicals were left on my eyes too long which caused the irritation, I had to get prescription eye drops. It's been 6 days and my eyes are still not fully healed. I was disappointed because my first experience there was positive. I doubt I'll be getting my lashes done in the future. read more

Went for my first lash lift ever with Tracy and I'm happy with how it turned out :) didn't see too many reviews on her lash lifts so thought I would post! I have short, straight lashes and usually curl them everyday and use a waterproof mascara, but this lash lift makes a much more effective and consistent looking curl. Tracy told me that my lashes were on the shorter side but that she would have let me know if they were too short to do the lift, which I appreciate. I opted out of doing the tint since my lashes are black and I felt like I needed to use mascara anyway to give them the extra volume I don't have naturally. Tracy was very friendly :) she gave me a call to answer any questions I had after I requested an appointment on yelp. The appointment itself was an easy hour-long process in a closed room with soft music. There was one other lash artist and customer in the room. Lash lifts are a great lower maintenance alternative (lasts 7-8 weeks) to lash extensions, especially if you have longer lashes! Thank you Tracy! read more

I would 10000000% recommend this salon to anyone looking to get pampered especially with eyelash extensions. Tracy is amazing and so informative when doing lashes. They do not use pre-made fans and make all of their lash extensions specifically for their client. I have super sensitive eyes, allergies and theses lashes (mink) feel like I'm wearing nothing at all. Mind you, I've only gotten my lashes done three times my whole life. Out of the three times, one person did them amazing but unfortunately she lives really far. I was so scared to try someone new but I took a shot and thankfully I got Tracy. The day before I got my lashes done at another establishment and although they were very nice, they were so heavy and irritated me the whole day I contemplated taking them off, there goes $140 down the drain. Finally, after work I googled the closest eye lashing salon near me (so scared) and Tracy answered and agreed to take me. I asked for a classic set but toward the end I told her I also needed a removal. Long story short she took off my lashes and told me she didn't feel comfortable putting on a new set until my eyes rested. I booked an appointment with her two days later and honestly I was scared I was going to experience the same heaviness and irritation. This review is for eyelash extension only. Pros: The place is new, clean. The staff are nice and friendly. The lashes looked nice, natural. Cons: The lashes did not last. Most of the lashes on my right eye fell off within one week, and 2 weeks for my left eye. It's been 16 days since I had them done, and all I have left is about 3 lashes on my left eye. I have had eyelash extensions many times before, and this one by far is the worst. The technician who did my lashes (Tracy) was not too professional. She handled cash before and while working on my lashes without washing her hands. She talks on the phone while working on my lashes. I understand that sometimes when a place doesn't have a receptionist, they have to answer the business phone. However, this is not the case. She was chatting on the phone while doing m lashes; not the whole entire time, but still. I am paying the professional price, I would expect the professional service. Imagine if you are working at a company, would you chat on the phone in front of your boss during the working hour? Would not recommend this place for eyelash extensions. read more

I got my eyelashes done yesterday morning and May I mention I was desperately looking around for someone who can accommodate me as early as possible the evening before. I searched on yelp what were good recommendations and it showed me a list but TJ Brows and Lashes caught my attention. Anyway, moving to the informative part, Tracy scheduled me as early as 10 am the very next day. I was so excited because within our conversation she seemed so confident about her eyelash work! I came in the following day to only walk in a clean beauty salon. Tracy walked in, remembered my name and took me right away! She was so detailed and informative about her eyelash knowledge and mind you all I came in with eyelashes that were messed up, I got them done initially at a different place for $70 with a free refill the "following week" hmmm sounds iffy... little information did I know that the previous place I went to messed up my eyelashes!
