I wouldn't recommend purchasing a package of multiple services, as it becomes impossible to schedule appointments for those services. Janina only works 4 days a week with very limited hours. No online scheduling system, so it's very archaic having to reach out to her directly trying to schedule an appointment. It took me years to use up my appointments. She also forfeited my last prepared appointment, as I was late, and she wouldn't be accommodating enough to reschedule it. Her studio room is pretty tiny and uninviting, located in the back of a large hair salon in Mission Valley. Parking is horrible at pretty much any hour of the day. read more

For all 3 appointments I had she's been late by more than 15 min, and even once I'm in the room, nothing is set up and it takes 5-10 min for her to get everything ready. She also removes her mask and wears only a face shield which is not within the same requirements she expects from her customers.
