She told her that it would break her out into welts and hives like it did before and she disregarded. Her face is damaged and scarred because she wouldn't listen. I had a discussion with the manager who tried to charge me for a full face, even though I did not ask for it. They are aggressive and uncaring. Please do not go here. The body wax lady is the best.
