I got my lashes done the next day(3D Volume). my lashes are about a week and a half old and I haven't had more that 3-4 lashes fall out - they still look full and amazing! I also love the environment of her salon, it's clean and quiet. While I was getting my lashes done I asked Trisha about getting my brows done and ultimately decided to do my brows too because she is SO knowledgeable and clearly well-trained(not to mention talented). I mean yeah, I was nervous getting my face tattooed..it's a tattoo! But as soon as I arrived for my appointment, Trisha made me feel comfortable and answered ALL the questions I had about the color and the shape and the process and the needle(literally everything). Trisha was super patient with me and answered ALL of my questions thoroughly and showed me my brows after she did the outline, the base shading, and then after the first brow was done. I've always loved brooke but over the past year she has become sloppy with her work, leaving massive amounts of hair after a brazilian wax. I chose to give her more chances because i do believe people can have off days. Now we are at constant rescheduling and not offering any type of accommodations. We as business women expect clients to respect our time, so in return we should also respect theirs. To tell a client they can go somewhere else is very rude and inconsiderate and shows just how unprofessional you really are. To even argue with a client who is just trying to understand your approach as a business woman is UNPROFESSIONAL. She has definitely lost 2 loyal clients and will never get another penny from us.
