I followed Autumn for years, regardless of which salon she was at before finally having her own - she is that good! Autumn is simply the most awesome person and waxer you will ever meet. Her personality is genuine and real making the process a lot less uncomfortable than most. She will have you laughing during the process! I've referred friends and they all love her. Also, Autumn is the most precise and painless wax you will have. She uses hard wax and has little cleanup - she will make sure you leave flawless with as little irritation as possible. As a first time client, I was only charged $30 for a Brazilian wax, and I will most certainly be back! The studio itself is located in what (at first) appears to be an office park, but in addition to her studio, there are masseuses and estheticians who also work in the building. I've gone to many different places, tried all the different types of waxes. There is no product that's "painless" you're ripping hair out! But she has this fantastic balance of keeping conversation going & your mind off it. Uses great product that does not irritate the skin. Different hard type waxes for different spots & has truly mastered a technique of jumping from section to section & making it the definitely the least painless wax I've ever received! Honestly there is certain areas that just always suck, but before I knew it she had everything gone! No sticky residue afterwards, I actually went to the gym afterwards & seriously NO IRRITATION!
