I was referred by my lash technician to come see Sabrina while she is on vacation and could not do my fills. Making the appointment was very easy, I visited Belle Ame website and did my booking there. The location of Belle Ame is in a small plaza with plenty of parking, it was very easy for me to navigate here. The inside of the studio is so beautifully designed, I love, love, love the decor; it was welcoming, felt very feminine, and felt like home. The music was not too loud and I really enjoyed the playlist. What was more relaxing was the lash recliner chairs, oh I felt like I was laying on clouds! I definitely fell asleep. The appointment I made was for a mini-fill to get me by until my tech came back. This was my first time seeing another lash tech in several years and Sabrina was very professional and definitely worked her magic on me. I've been following her to whatever location she's at for good reason. First, her Brazilian is very close to painless as it gets. I've been getting Brazilians since my mid 20s on and off using soft wax, hard wax, sugar wax, strips, no strips. Hands down, Stephanie is where it's at. I don't know what she uses exactly, but I'm always surprised with how painless it is. Second, her space is super cute and comfortable. She has her own room and her aesthetic is super cute! Not only that, I don't feel uncomfortable laying there butt ass naked! I'm laying there talking to her about anything and everything. Definitely a judgement free zone LOL! Third. When she was on maternity leave, I did have to see other people (not by choice) so I have a very recent comparison of how other people do their wax/Brazilians. Although I do support anyone expanding their family, STEPHANIE DONT LEAVE ME!! Last but not least -- she is a POC, woman owned, local business who is extremely passionate! ESTHETICS BAR aka DANITZA aka LASH ARTISTA EXTRAORDINAIRE -- there's so many things I love about Danitza. Where do I start? First, she's extremely professional, timely and takes her business very seriously. Being a busy mom and wife, my time is precious and Danitza is extremely punctual. If your appt is at 2, we're starting at 2. If we end in an hour and a half, we're finished in an hour and half and you're going to get to your next appt on time girlfriend!! Second, I have the peace of mind knowing that she is practicing safe Covid practices and just being sanitary and clean in general. That is one of the top things I love about her. She's wiping down the chairs. I'm always seeing her cleaning her tools. I don't have any worry about cleanliness at all and that's super important especially working around the eyes! Also, she's not "certified", she's LICENSED. She has the education and I value that very much. Third. If I wanted long ass lashes that touched the floor and she could make lots of $$$ off of me, she would rather deny service than to jeopardize the health of my lash. For someone to choose the health of your lashes than to make more money is HUGE!! She's making sure I don't lose all my lashes! She will even advise me to take a break from extensions or go a shorter, skinnier length. I love that! Danitza is my lash artista for so many more reasons that I've listed. Do not book an apt w/Sofia. She does not stand by her work. She's only been doing lashes since 8/2020 and her work is "ok" at best. I got my lashes done by her 2.5 wks ago. I attempted get a fill at the 2 wk mark but her sched would not accommodate. Instead my apt was booked out 3 wks. Texts are attached showing she attempted to charge me for a fullset at 3 wks.
