I have picked up a few gifts here and there for friends having babies and also for my own pet. I would say the price is kinda up there, but it is Jellycat, so it's a bit expected. I do wish they'd update their inventory a bit more frequently. Last few times I've come in, I haven't seem much change from the collection. The food stuff is always the most fun to see. There are other kids/ baby stuff available of course. I find the pricing isn't the best though, so I don't usually pick up anything else here. It's just a bit high for what you're getting and I just don't think value is best. Jellycat aren't really super available elsewhere though so I definitely come for those. Service is ok. I sometimes have to ask help for pricing, but otherwise, I don't really interact with the staff until check out.

However, from a service standpoint I have to say it is poor. It seems like nobody is in control there, except this "owner" who doesn't seem to exist. There is a lot of room for improvement, because based on the google reviews as well, it seems like they are taking a leaky bucket approach to their business. I.e. sell something once that doesn't seem to work as promised, and lose that customer for any future sales.

Staff are selected for being passionate about what they sell and being kids at heart. They know what they have and can curate perfect gifts for any child. Unlike most toy stores, the items they sell are hand-selected by the owners and meet the present interests of modern day kids. Most of the products are good quality and stand the test of time. We saw a Lego staff came to us and stamped on our hands. We waited for an hour, finally, it's our turn. There were 3 spots to let us in. They put the Lego set into the small box and then we could start. There was a staff staying with us to help, if we need. Once we completed, we could take it home. Keep in mind this is a lego store, so there will be children literally screaming and crawling everywhere you walk. I come here all the time to buy lego for the little ones and sometimes for myself as well. With the VIP card it definitely makes the trip worthwhile along with their monthly promotions.
