I came here because my lash girl is on maternity leave. I loved the idea of making an appointment online. My only hiccup was not knowing they charge per lash and if you don't get lashes done there you pay an additional fee. I asked for classic fill and left looking as if I had nothing done to my lashes. I called to inquire and at that point things were explained. I was offered a Purple Heart and they redid my fill. I don't think I'll go back due to the cost. Heck yeah. This is my lash place. Every stylist here is better than anywhere else I've had them done. I also appreciate that they're very sanitary and the studio is clean as hell! They've never done me dirty as far as making my eyes red, itchy, making me feel like things weren't done up to the highest standards. They're also really flexible with what type of look you're going for, which, for me, I always want subtle to the point of not being able to really tell there are extensions. They are able to tweak little things to your liking, so you can be really specific with them about what you're going for, but they will also give their opinion if you ask, and they definitely know what they're talking about. I wanted to follow up to this review. I had to stop using this place as I lost my lower eyelashes and I realized they charge you for each lash, after leaving the review, then started realizing why I would lose a huge amount of lashes within the first 2 days I started putting it together. I find out there are 2 different types of glue. One that is strong and will hold your lashes and the other that doesn't for very long. Plus You have to rely on the amount of lashes they tell you they used. You can't verify. read more

I had given up on lashes after losing almost all of my natural lashes about six years ago after going to several lash artist around town. Some in big, popular, and well-known spas and others independent contractors that were highly recommended. I still always looked around to see if anyone was offering anything different. Lash Lounge caught my eye. I went in and spoke with a Master Stylist at the Mueller location and explained my concerns. She explained their process and how part of the process was ensuring you kept your natural lashes. I gave it a try and loved it. My stylist left to go solo so I took a break for a while which meant all of the synthetic lashes eventually came off and my natural lashes had no damage! I waited for this location to open since it's closer to me. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. My new stylist is awesome. read more

I came here expecting a DRAMATIC CURL in my lashes.... Ohhhhh was I disappointed. First time ever getting anything down to my lashes. I went to whoever was available at the time (Maddie). first she was very sweet and informative on the procedure. Then, came the process of lifting the lashes. For someone who is very new to this whole thing, it wasn't bad and she was pretty gentle with everything. When she was explaining the plan to get the "best results" she said "let's use a straight rod because a curled rod would crimp them" I took her word for it and let her proceed. Finally, came the end results. Although, I didn't say anything in the moment about how they looked. I HATED them! I thought a lash lift was to lift the lashes, not make them look the same as before. In the end, I'd give the lash lift another try but I will not be back to The Lash Lounge again. I appreciate Maddie calling to give me a refund, but I have to wait several weeks to retry the procedure and I wanted it for a special occasion next week. read more

The customer service in this place is non-existent. I booked an eyebrow threading appointment and when I showed up (after setting up childcare and bearing traffic), the receptionist informed me that the person I was booked with for an eyebrow threading appointment didn't actually do eyebrow threading. Excuse me? This was a total waste of my time and the receptionist showed zero empathy, even as I asked for options given that I have a newborn at home and it's extremely difficult to leave the house. She did not care -- didn't offer any viable solutions that would favor me, the customer. Instead, she made me feel like their mistake was my fault. Although Lash Lounge had my email, phone #, & card info on file, my appointment was cancelled without notice, 1 week before my appointment. They never reached out to request a deposit or to reschedule. I was hoping to try their services and as a customer this could have ruined my big day. If you're booking an important service, please be warned they might cancel it for no apparent reason, without attempting to reach out.
