She was gentle, extremely thorough and I didn't feel at all rushed as I normally had in the past at other places. Surprisingly, I hardly felt any pain as she worked on my eyebrows. I had threading done for both my brows and upper lip--she was quick, gentle, and very precise. I have sensitive skin, so I'm usually pretty picky about where I go for threading. I tend to give a place a couple of tries, but if I experience pain or irritation afterward, I won't return. Thankfully, that wasn't the case here at all. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that.
