I had a front door where i could not open it at all due to stuck / broke lock. I was also afraid i would be having to buy a new front door lockset because my lock was old. Big problem because we could not go in and out the front door. I called Brucar at 8AM (based on great yelp reviews) and they had Joe out by like 9AM same day and 30 min later my old lock is fixed (he had the part on his truck). The nice lady in the office also offers great customer service and arranges appointments quickly and calls when they are on their way out. Brucar was also very fair and inexpensive (in a situation they could have taken advantage of) and even looked at and adjusted another lock no charge for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

We bought a new home recently and decided to re-key the locks (you just don't know how many could people have a copy!). Called Brucar based on their outstanding reviews on Yelp and we were not disappointed!! Debbie (I think?) was super friendly and helpful on the phone. She sent over the technician immediately. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I had him add an extra lock and and a peep-hole as well. The services were very reasonably priced and Joe had every opportunity to "upsell" me, but was very honest and encouraged me to only purchase and install what he thought was necessary rather than trying to make an extra buck.
