It is difficult to fathom a review of any dentist being positive. I am writing this review because the doctor and his staff deserve it. I was on a business trip in Phoenix when, on Monday morning I awoke with an incredible pain due to an infection. I had four days left in Phoenix before heading home. I knew I wouldn't last that long. I phoned several dentists who could not or would not take me given the circumstances. I finally reached a doctor Guest of another office who went out of his way to connect me with Dr. Spigner's office. Dr. Spigner went out of his way to fit me in that afternoon. He had me in the chair for about two hours after which I didn't know if enough had been done to alleviate the discomfort (which was immeasurable). I woke up the next morning knowing I would be able to make it through the remaining days of the conference and the pain slowly abated. The doctor called me the next day to check on me. He also saw me at no cost the day before I left to make certain I would be comfortable for travel. I got home and went to work on Friday after which he called again to make sure I made an app on appointment to see a specialist for a more thorough solution now that I am back home and have time. I am amazed at the lengths to which Dr. Spigner and his team have gone to make sure I was able to deal with my visit and be comfortable and healthy at home. Thank you all so very much! My experience with Dr. Spigner and his staff was amazing! It truly does not get any better than this. Dr. Spigner has the most sincere and professional bedside manner that I have ever experienced. He takes his time to reassure and communicate to you what to expect as well as what he and his staff can do to make you feel comfortable. Angelina was there to assist Dr. Spigner during my rootcanal and she was so warm hearted and friendly. What sets Dr. Spigner and his staff apart from other dentists that I have been to is that they bring the Art to dentistry. Their kindness, and genuine spirit makes you want to go to the dentist! Perfect for hyper sensitive people. Dr Spigner Is a wonderful human being. I came in with pain all over my teeth, too sensitive to have cavities filled let alone air blown on my teeth. He brought In Derek Merrill, MD anesthesiology, To put me to sleep, so that I could have my cavities filled and teeth cleaned. And again for a root canals. Both gentlemen are amazing especially if you have anxiety. I am one of the 1% of people who feels everything, every side effect, twice as bad pain, and all the side effects. They check in with me the day before and evening after each of my Anesthesia procedures. These gentlemen worked with me to figure out what I needed and how to actively update what I needed during each procedure to ensure comfort before and after the office visit. I am happy to say that I can chew food on both sides of my mouth for the first time in 5 years and eat ice cream without pain. read more

Hands-down, the best and most thorough dentist I have ever visited in my life! Dr. Spigner is an extremely masterful, pain-free and inexpensive dentist that exercises finesse and delicacy while providing the most comprehensive service. His office is very comfortable and inviting, and his staff are exceedingly-polite and welcoming. In fact, one of his assistants, Marta, called me on a Sunday afternoon (only hours after leaving an emergency voice mail) to schedule an appointment for the next day. I am now recommending all my friends and family to him. I have never experienced this level of service and professionalism. I went in for a tooth extraction and was out within an hour. Dr. Spigner explains everything in detail and truly LISTENS to his patients. He doesn't listen to only respond but listens to UNDERSTAND. He takes his time and always with a smile. For the first time in my career in "going" to the Dentist, A Dentist actually showed me pictures and diagrams of the problem I was having with my tooth, or should I say teeth. He explained step by step as to what and how he was going to perform the procedure. I had several issues with my teeth namely root canals, and tooth extractions. I wish I realized that seeing a dentist out of network is such a small difference in money for routine services. I paid for it in the long run by seeing dentists in "my network". Every single person in this office is amazing. The receptionists are so helpful (especially during an emergency), and the dental hygienists are all wonderful, kind, and caring people. They are not only great at their jobs, but will make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The dentist is great, and the atmosphere of the office is so calming and nice as well. I know this sounds disingenuous, but I've had really bad experiences with other dentists in the past, and this office has helped me get over that and they've gotten me through a couple dental scares as well. I've never had a more comfortable experience at the dentist. The waiting area is lovely, but I barely spent 2 minutes there as I was taken back almost immediately for my teeth cleaning. All of the dental chairs are private and as I was having my cleaning done I could sit back and watch my favorite show on the private television. The time FLEW BY!! Dr. Spigner is so gentle and caring that I travel all the way from Los Angeles to see him. His staff is great too; his hygienists always greet me by name when I enter.
