If could leave 0 starts I would Read the bad reviews and…read moretrust it This business has managed to collect $2050 from me in the span of 2 months in 2024. For a tooth extraction, bone graft, and a silver filling exchange. It was a lot of "this is what your insurance covers, this is your copay " after procedures it was a lot of "actually your insurance did not cover it and this is what you owe" I took my business elsewhere after I kept paying for things that did not add up. The last time I receive dental services was 11/2024, Fast forwarded to April 2026 I get a call from healing dentistry in 2026 (17 MONTHS LATER) and a voice message saying I have a balance and if I don't pay in 2 weeks, it will go to collections. Healing dentistry has NOT sent me itemized bill or final notices via mail or email. One charge to my insurance was for cancer oral screening, which by the way should come standard during a cleaning, which my current dentist by the way does. My mental health and credit score is greater than $200. I do agree with previous review stating that this dentist office will submit claims to insurance knowing that it will be denied and patients will have to pay for it On my statements that was NOT covered by my insurance: Limited evaluations Test of mucosal abnormalities Periodic evaluation Gingival irrigation Drugs or medications dispensed in the office Diagnostics study models Desensitizing medications READ THE REVIEWS

Not as biological or holistic as they portray. My experience here felt inconsistent, dismissive,…read moreand at times questionable. I've been a patient for about a year. I originally came here after another dentist told me I had cavities and pushed drilling, which I wasn't comfortable with. At my first visit, after X-rays and a full exam, I was told I had zero cavities. Fast forward to my most recent visit after new X-rays, I was suddenly told I now have multiple cavities, including one in the exact same spot the previous dentist had identified the same one this office previously said was not a cavity. That's not a small oversight. When I said I wanted to try addressing things naturally, the response felt dismissive. The dentist literally turned her head away from me so I couldn't see her face. Instead of a conversation, I got a treatment plan with thousands of dollars in fillings and no real discussion of alternatives. For a practice that calls itself "healing," there was no guidance on remineralization, no discussion of internal or lifestyle factors, Minimal education, despite recommending nano hydroxyapatite products. I was given things like MI paste with no idea what it really was or how to use it. Instructions were vague. It's very surprising that this is a dental school. I have no idea what the source of this product is. As someone who always reads labels, the source of a product is important to me. A lot of hydroxyapatite is synthetic. This dentistry calling itself "healing" felt like branding, not philosophy. Also, some of the interactions with staff were concerning. When I paying for $300+ whitening trays the receptionist told me I would need to repurchase whitening trays again soon because of "germs," which honestly sounded like a sales tactic, not science. We're constantly exposed to bacteria that explanation didn't make sense and came off as trying to upsell. I was also asked what I do for a living during payment, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable especially when being presented with a large treatment plan. I was told they have "60,000 clients," which didn't match what I observed at the practice, and added to the overall feeling that things weren't being presented transparently. On top of that, offering Botox and fillers while branding as "holistic" feels contradictory to what many patients expect when choosing a biological dentist. I came here looking for a provider who would partner with me and respect a more natural, conservative approach. Instead, I left feeling like I was being funneled into the same outcome I was trying to avoid just under a different label. If you're expecting true "healing dentistry" in the sense of collaboration, education, and respect for natural approaches, that was not my experience.

When I called they said they said it didn't show that I owed anything but they were not able to access the old system that most likely had that info. I'm livid. The last few visits I had with them for cleaning and x-rays were done with temps and always a new dentist. No consistency. My partner showed up for several appointments and the office was closed and he did not receive notice.

If you value little you time and your money, then this is the place to go…read more I scheduled an appt for a semi-annual cleaning and examination. Notice the "and". It customary for a dentist to complete the visit immediately after the hygienist is finished to perform an oral examination, discuss the results and possible next steps. That's not the way they do it. After, the hygienist completed her work, the receptionist walked an told me that there seems to be no dentist around and I would have to pay for this visit, come back for the exam part and pay for another office visit. The same scheduling 'oops' occurred when two of my immediate relatives went. What's happening? By separating the two operations, they are maximizing their revenue opportunity at your cost...in terms of your time and your money. Don't get suckered...again, the oops comes after your time in the chair, not before...so don't make an appt thinking this can't happen to you.

When we called the office number listed to confirm that she was a staff dentist there they told me she was. When I got to the appointment the front office lady seemed confused as if she didn't know who Olga was until I showed her the listing on the website. Then she told me that Olga was a traveling dentist but she did not work in this office. Looks like they lie about her working here over the phone to get us down here then give us the "we don't know what you are talking about" energy once you show up for the appointment looking for the reputable dentist we were told worked here. I will be reporting this to yelp and whoever pays their cap as well. A waste of time to go there if the dentist I wanted service from is not a dentist on staff. You shouldn't lie to your customers to get them to visit so that you get more cap. I used to work for The Guardian and Managed Dental Care so I will see that this goes up the chain.

She then comes in at 11:52 and tells me I have to do the procedure now because she can't numb me any longer because I was late. I then told her I sat in the lobby for almost 20 minutes and she then went back to saying I was late and that my appt. was at 11:50. I then showed her my phone that showed a appt time from them stating that my appt was at 11:55. She then says "oh well my appt time is showing 11:50 and I have someone coming in so you can either do it now or not." -something along those lines. She had an attitude, was unprofessional and didn't seem to really care whatsoever. I told her no and left with a numbed face and a bad taste in my mouth. I read other reviews on here that were similar to my experience but tried it out anyway. I've never had an experience like this at any place and I have been getting Microneedling done for 10 years. Her name was Danielle. This place is awful. They also are not accredited by the BBB from what was shown online.

However, if preserving your own tooth is important, run from this dingy office and find a doctor with advanced equipment who is focused on saving teeth through proper endodontic treatment rather than wrongfully diagnosing a vertical tooth fracture and insisting that extraction and an implant are your only options. I'm so glad I trusted my intuition, sought a second opinion, and saved my tooth. They even sent my CBCT scan to a radiologist who also incorrectly stated that I had a crack and that the prognosis for the tooth was poor. There was no vertical crack. The real issue was a short crown with leakage underneath it. After only two weeks of treatment, I was already showing signs of bone regeneration, and the tooth was successfully treated with a root canal performed under a microscope using a laser and the latest available techniques. Save your natural teeth, not a couple of dollars. Your natural teeth are far more valuable. Otherwise, you may end up paying even more for unnecessary extractions and implants. Stay away from this place!
