Was charged $125 for a temporary filling that came out during the cleaning on the same day as filling. She refilled it, "temporarily" again the same day. The next day it came out again. She made sure it was "temporary" so I go back for the big pay. Called the office. The attendee told me to go in again, Which I couldn't since I was traveling. So, I was asked to take a picture of my broken wisdom tooth and email it to her. I'm not sure how I could do that. So, I was charged $125 for 5 minutes of work that resulted in nothing. They also charged me $65 for fluoride, which was worthless. There was no customer courtesy. It was all about how much they could charge me. Not gong there any more. read more

If you plan on visiting this location you might want to rethink this. They are charging a PPE fee of $25. Which they don't even bother telling this until you arrive. I refused to pay and they didn't charge me until after I had complained. As I suspected per my insurance they're not allowed to charge patents any PPE fees per their contract. Due to COVID-19 my insurance company stated they would reimburse them to cover a PPE fee of $10 using the proper ADA codes. This office quoted me $1350 for a crown. My co-pay is really $240 plus another $325 for an upgrade to a lava crown. For the core buildup they said it was $125 but is really $15. They also quoted me $1350 for an onlay which should have been $205. I would highly recommend that you double check your co-pays with your insurance as this dentist office will only try and take advantage of people who don't know otherwise. I'd give them zero stars if I could. This office cannot be trusted. Lastly you may want to check first where you post your review. After covid hit, it was so hard trying to find a dental office that was open. I looked everywhere in inland empire and Orange County and then I saw Dr. Harb's office was open! Very friendly staff and Dr. very clean office and protocols that amazed me! I was so happy that I was able to get my molar taken care of. You walk in with a wonderful welcome from staff to getting seated in your room with a warm neck pillow to rest my head with my choice of essential oil. This is nothing but an extreme up sell business. First their patient questionnaire asks about your assets, whether you own or rent your home. Unless they are financing your dental work it is none of their business. When the dentist first greeted me one of the first questions she asked was what did I do for a living, how long was I employed. It seems these questions are asked to gauge how much dental work/materials they can upsell you. Once I answered her questions she sent in her insurance lady Tia who proposed an upgrade on materials totaling more than $5,000. You want to be swindled? Sure, pick her for a dentist. I have never spent so much money on fillings and such *with insurance* as I have with this dentist. She is SOOO pushy. Every time I come in, she pushes getting invisalign, after me saying each time that I'm not interested. Lastly, she has fixed a broken tooth so many times, each bond not lasting more than 3 months. I was in search of a new dentist and came to see Dr. Harb after reading her reviews online. She was very sweet and so was the rest of the staff. I hadn't been the to dentist in awhile, so I knew I needed to get some work done. Everything seemed great, that was until she gave me my estimate. She handed me the sheet of what needed to be done and it came out to $5,400.00. She and other dentists have told me that I have great dental coverage with the company I work for; in fact she actually mentioned she had patients who worked for huge companies that didn't have as good of dental insurance as me ($2,130.40 would have been covered). However, she still expected me to pay $3,269.60 out of pocket. She wanted to schedule me right away and try to knock it all out in one session but I knew I definitely needed some time to go over this. I remember feeling like my week had been ruined knowing I'd have to pay that much money for dental work. I relayed my dismay to my sister and she recommended I see her dentist to get a consultation. I didn't mention to him that I had previously received an estimate from another dentist. He gave me his estimation that included all the same procedures except with no cost! It was completely covered with my insurance and I still have some left over I can use for a cleaning. I couldn't have been happier. Granted, there is the risk that other dentists might not do as great of a job, but I would say the least you can do is get a consultation from a variety of dentists before investing a ton of money into one. TLDR: Please make sure you try getting a consultation from multiple dentists before agreeing to spend $$$ on one. It's sad that the dental industry has become such a business but you can avoid it if you take the time to do your own research. Dr. Harb seems like a nice dentist but for the cost I had to go somewhere else. read more

Dr. Harb has been my dentist for about a year now. At her office, I had one of my molars replaced with an implant and braces for about a year and a half-- both completed with beautiful results! Dr. Harb explained everything to me along the way and made sure that I fully understood what each step of the procedure was going to be. Her bedside manner is EXCELLENT and she's super down to earth to begin with. She's super friendly, great with kids and adults. Dr. Harb made me feel comfortable, welcome, and informed, as well as inspired by her accomplishments. Be sure to ask about her office policies (there is a $95 missed appointment fee), and deals (e.g. she has a deal for 4 retainers for $1000). This was my first experience with Dr Harb and it was a great one! I needed a dentist that was nearby who would accept my Kaiser Advantage Plus Plan. I had broken an old filling and needed a crown. My first appointment was free which included full X-rays and exam. Dr Harb systematically went over every tooth in my mouth and told me the condition of each and what work needed to be done according to priority. She then gave me an accurate cost estimate on each tooth. It was good for me to know this before getting into the work so I could plan and budget for it. I went ahead and opted for two crowns which I really needed. She did the prep work painlessly and quickly. Today I got fitted for the two crowns and they fit perfectly with an exact color match. Dr. Harb is the best! I have been to her for my teeth cleanings, bondings, fillings, and always get extra advice and help on how to better take care of my mouth. She is very gentle and does her job exceptionally well! She has a very upbeat personality and is so sweet, which made me a lot more comfortable sitting in her chair than previous dentist's I have been to. Her office is VERY clean and spacious and she offers water and coffee for her patients. I came to Dr. Harb after some poor experiences with other local dentists. I have a history of not getting "numb" enough during cavity fillings and typically need multiple doses of Novocain. Dr. Harb was able to completely numb me so I couldn't feel a thing and I also did NOT require multiple shots! She worked quickly and efficiently and was able to complete four fillings within an hour.
