This is a small shop conveniently located inside the Equinox Greenwich fitness center. I've had occasions where I forgot to put my shorts or an extra tee shirt in my gym bag and the store remedies those situations. The manager on one occasion even gave me a free Equinox tee when I forgot to bring my own. The staff is great and always friendly and I've never had a bad experience there. There's also juice press bar inside the shop where I go whenever I need to refuel or replenish my electrolytes after a workout. Again it's meant to satisfy the needs of Equinox gym members. On a side note, I read the other review by Leslie E who seemed to be expecting a full blown department store because she forgot to bring enough clothes on a trip?!!! In all fairness, her 1 star rating is unjust. She forgot to bring shirts and had unrealistic expectations. What department store opens at that time of morning? Once she managed to get it off she put on the new grip for me, which was so nice--she really went out of her way to make sure it worked, so I appreciated that.
