The front desk staff is incredibly welcoming, the waiting room is cozy, and best of all--zero judgment about my flossing habits (or lack thereof). I have been going to Dr. Franco for longer than I care to say and he and his team are absolute pros. They explain everything clearly, work gently, and even manage to crack a joke while wielding dental instruments like seasoned comedians. The check in process took quite awhile as they had quite a few clients all arriving at the same time. When I got back to the office I met with a dentist who launched into a pretty hard one sales pitch for implants. I already had a dentist and a treatment plan lined up. It was unexpected and way to hardcore fore 7 in the morning. When we finally got to the extraction they didn't put me all the way like another dentist had done. It was a surreal experience. I could hear the staff talking and could feel the dentist moving from tooth to tooth. It wasn't painful but it was unexpected. The worst part was we went over a bill before the procedure and I signed off on it. After I got home I got out the quote the did before the procedure and there was a difference of $500 in my favor. After a couple of conversations they issued me a check instead of crediting my credit card. Between the high pressure sales technique for implants, being semi awake for the extractions and the billing error I can't recommend this company.

I asked for a Supervisor and she told me that it was due to additional things not covered by insurance. I asked that was because they checked before I went in. I was told they do not check for insurance coverage before you have surgery unless you request it!I stated that wasn't true that last time they did and she denied that. I offered to settle for half and was denied and she was nasty and shooed me away from the office. When i tried to write a social media review I found they delete negative ones. Fought with insurance and eventually got them to pay all of their share and even most of mine. I had a refund due of $121.50. Not only did the practice not notify me for 2 months, they tried to tell me I owed them an additional $121.50. Finally got them and insurance on the line and got them to refund to my original credit card used. Next day Omaha Oral Surgery calls me and says they didn't process the refund and "the check's in the mail and maybe you'll get it in about 15 days". Horrible way to do business. Cash flow issues? (Also told me I couldn't pick up the check)

My treatment through Huerter Orthodontics was top notch and perfect and I ended up with an amazing smile! Fast forward 13 years and my son's dentist recommended that he get braces. I knew JUST where to go...I called up Huerter Orthodontics and got my son in. Some of the same staff who still worked there remembered me and it was as if I was back "home." My son's treatment is going suburb, the staff are always so fun and nice, and we just LOVE the office atmosphere.
