Tires are all they do. They are honest and very knowledgeable about tires and their problems. They…read morewon't try to up sell you with ball joints, shocks, alignments and such that you probably do not need. They do not take appoints but the crew works very hard to balance, replace valve stems, and mount, tires on cars and trucks as fast as possible. They do look like a race car pit crew in action but they still take the time to torque your lug nuts by hand. All they do is mount tires and fix flats. If you want a front end alignment, sorry, you will have to get that at an alignment shop but not here. The shop is nothing fancy. You will not find comfortable lounge chairs to sit in while you wait but with the money and time you save, who cares? They stay very busy. If you do not arrive by 2 o'clock or 2:30 central time you may not be able to get your tires.

They messed up my rim real bad then tried to give it back to me without doing the honest thing by…read morementioning it and when I complained to the owner he yelled at his guys and then told me he'd eat the $36 cost on putting my tires on when my $50+ rim was messed up. He went on to say dont come back but I was nice as can be. I wasn't rude or really upset just asked for a discount because of the bent rim. I see now by him getting all pissed at me and telling me not to come back was a way for him to avoid me asking for my rim to be replaced. Real crappy business practices. Even if he didn't "ban" me I'd still not ever come back. I'll be posting this review on several social media sites as well as Angie's list and yelp. Small businesses are going out not only because of big businesses coming in but because of their unprofessional shady business practices. Let's help keep them honest. Please share #keepemhonest
