We order from here a lot. Solid pizza, GREAT chicken cutlets. Service is always pleasant, if at times slightly scatterbrained (was told last time to expect 45 minutes for call-ahead, only to arrive after 20 mins and finding our order all ready). Just discovered the Sporky pizza, SO good: mushrooms, sausage, ricotta cheese in addition to the mozzarella and absolutely COVERED in garlic. Fantastic! read more

I figured my first review should be one of my favorite pizza places. Bruchettis opened about a year ago and I happened upon this little gem about 3 monthes ago. Fantastic Hand Tossed Pizza, usual favorites subs that are offered everywhere,but then there are the specialites,The Big Bird is one of my favs :) Fantastic daily soups and great pub fries too. Prices are very reasonable and the service is Fantastic And Friendly. A great place to grab lunch or for a quick dinner.. Waited 30 minutes for 2 cannoli. I've been in line behind 60 people at Mikes or Modern and didn't wait that long. The girl that took my order kept taking orders over the phone and anyone that walked in. I watched them made pizza and meals from start to finish while I waited and no one had the sense to fill my order first. I've said it before about this place, the food is good but they have a terrible system of how they fill orders. They need someone to go in and teach them how to run a takeout restaurant. Too bad because the woman that owns the place is nice and the food is good but not worth the wait! I won't be back. read more

Food is good, but it doesn't matter whether you are picking up or getting delivery, prepare yourself for atleast an hour wait for either. Tonight we were told 40-45min for pickup, waited over 1hr instead, and got home and my order was wrong. Foods good, but the service sucks so bad, my husband and I decided tonight that this was it. They advertise that they deliver but will not go 4 miles away to deliver a $50 order so I sent someone to pick it up and the food was disgusting I would never recommend anybody to eat there I guarantee within three months they will be closed down due to no business and crap food get a better cook read more

this place is awesome! i've had pizza, salads, subs, soup, calzones & desserts; they're all wonderful! the staff is also very friendly & helpful! just today i was in there and the young man working the cash register helped a woman out to her car that had a few pizzas to carry. eating in is nice as well, there are TV's and the place is very clean, which is always a plus. i highly recommend bruchetti's! read more

An hour predicted delivery time; fine. It's Saturday. Understandable. But adding an additional half hour on; delivering luke warm food that is both a) incorrect and b) the wrong sizes... Not ok. I don't understand the great reviews for this place? It sucks flat out! No wonder the place is for sale! The food here is bad. I mean really bad. It is the only restaurant in town and so conveniently located but I can't bring myself to eat there. The pizza is awful. It's not just the food though it's the service. They are so unorganized. I ordered pick up. My order wasn't complicated. Two pizzas and a salad. They told me it would be an hour. Fine. I went to pick up after an hour and was told it's not ready. Fine. Twenty minutes pass. I saw two pizzas on top of the oven and asked if maybe they were mine. I was told "no" quite rudely. I sat again.... 20 more minutes and went up again. I asked again. The girl hesitantly asked the cook if the pizzas were ready. He points to the pizzas on top of the oven and said "Those are them." They had been sitting there since I went in to pick up! Then she writes a coupon for $10 off for my trouble and when I went in to redeem I was told that they don't do that and had to pay. I refused to pay for the small pizza and that was the last time I ever ordered. Locals will defend this place to the death! I don't get it. read more

This is the real deal pizza and sub shop. And for New Hampshire likely one of the best for miles. Busy Friday night we ordered cheese pizza, barbeque chicken pizza and a veggie pizza and they were all fantastic. First good sign a real pizza oven , not the conveyor type ovens that a monkey could manage. Second the owner of the place pushes all the pizzas in the oven and takes each one out. And the process by which she does this is first rate. All the pizzas are cooked on a perforated pan, and at about 99% of places around here that would be enough. But not here. Each pie has the pan removed and the pizza is put back in the oven for another 3 minutes or so to insure a crisp crust. Overall great shop, delicious food and I highly recommend. read more

Great food, but definitely dont go if you're in a rush!! We've had them deliver twice and both times took an hour and a half. I'd understand if it were a Saturday night but both were week nights. A big fan of this little eatery - eat in or take out! The pizzas are SO delicious with the freshest toppings, cooked perfectly. The crust and all is better tasting than a brick oven pizza. Soups here are the best... especially the chili! Subs of all kinds, and dinners too. This pizzeria is one of my favorite places to order take out from. The food has good quality to it, but sometimes that quality can vary and the food might not taste as good as it did the last you ordered out from Bruchettis. If you do happen to order from Bruchettis I advise that you go down to pick it up, because they do not have many drivers, it takes hem about an hour to deliver the food, and they refuse to hire more drivers. read more

The pizza is good but have yet to have anything else thats worth the trip. I got a sandwich the other day and it had hardly any meat or cheese on it. The bread is way to soft not like a delicious italian sub should be which is crusty on the outside and soft inside. The meatballs are expensive and taste like they are frozen. I also got an eggplant parm dinner and it was frozen eggplant cut up with way too much sauce and not enough eggplant. They would probably get way more busuness if they just improved the food quality. Make the menu smaller but make things homemade instead of frozen. read more

Food is awesome, but every time I go in the owner is, by no exaggeration, yelling at her staff. I have walked in multiple times to her talking down to her employees and being visibly annoyed and angry. The employees have always been really nice, and like I said the food yummy, but she makes it a really uncomfortable environment. read more

If i could give zero stars i would. Iv been here a few times, and everytime there is an issue. The girl who makes the pizza on the weekend. Not sure of her name as no one has a name tag. Is so rude not just to her customers but her employees. I was there and everyone was busy and the phone was ringing...she ignored it and made someone else get it who was trying to help someone else already. Iv noticed some changes since the first time i went there by dress. But now they are wearing chef Jackets...it looks ridiculous because of how everyones attitude is there. The food is okay but for me customer service is a huge part of where i buy things. I dont feel welcome here and the staff is so rude to each other. If i was the owner id really consider firing that girl because of how mean she is to everyone...shes honestly loosing business with this girl working here. read more
