This place is AMAZING. I didn't get a photo of our food (I will next time, this is going to be a staple in our weekend mornings now) but it was phenomenal. Even our 2 year old demolished his sausage egg and cheese bagel. My sausage egg and cheese bagel on the hash brown bagel was amazing. My husband got the Sriracha breakfast bagel and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The line was out the door which shows you how much people are willing to wait, and it's worth it. 10/10 would recommend, especially for game day mornings!! read more

The only place to get a breakfast bagel in town. The sunrise sriracha is phenomenal and they have freshly squeezed orange juice. They also have really good deli sandwiches and it is always fast service. Pro tip on the weekends, order GrubHub ahead of time so it is ready for you when you pick it up. Good service, friendly staff , clean. No milk of any kind for the coffee only half-and-half and vanilla creamer. Ordered a plain bagel not toasted with a side of cream cheese it came toasted and seemingly had butter on it. Similarly my egg and cheese sandwich seem to have butter on it which I did not request. A fan of the bagels & the 3 stars are mainly for the food, but ever since the new manager/owner took over things have changed & not for the better. The manager/owner doesn't comply with his own rule posted on the front door to wear a mask. He has a full face of hair & wears a mask under his chin even while standing over the boiling tub of water & making bagels. They have quit offering lemons which is disappointing to those of us who order tea. Lastly, I have not seen a table cleaned since this change has taken place. I usually eat my bagel inside which means I'm observing the dining area for about a half hour. I see tables vacated & new customers sit down at the same tables without them ever being wiped down. We are still in Covid & this is just not acceptable. read more

The bagels are good, but what bothers me is that they close at 3 you get there at 2:30 an they tell you that they only have one bagel left and everything is put away and ready to close. We are there around 1pm this past Sunday. There were a few people at tables and lots of people working, including an older man who said he was the manager. We walk up behind another guy and no one says a thing to us. They all know were are standing there. They are working on to go orders or internet orders, and they are literally standing right in front of us. Three people working on orders. Then the manager walks by and looks at all of us in a line now, about 6-7 people deep by now. Not a single word from anyone about, thanks for coming in, we will be right with you. Nothing. Not a word. The guy in front of us filially gets to order. Still didn't acknowledge us at all. Then after about 5-6 minutes, and we were about to walk out, a young lady comes from the back with glasses on and says, Hi, sorry for the wait, what can I get for you? So, not really recommending this place due to serious lack of any type of customer service. The cream cheese was well below par. We bought the pre-package bacon one and you could not even taste bacon, even when you ate one of the bacon pieces. Then the coffee. Wow, it was not hot. They were out of 1/2 and 1/2 and had to ask someone refill it. Keep in mind they had at lease 6-7 people on the clock. There was no time on the coffee. Very disappointing to say the least. Do better. Customer service is not difficult. Greet people, make sure you follow times, acknowledge people. read more

These bagels have had my heart for many years now! These workers work so hard each morning to pump out enough bagels to feed the hungry crowd in Temecula. I love their everything bagels as well as their cinnamon sugar. Fall is coming up soon so fun tip is to stop by and grab yourself a pumpkin bagel when it comes back into the shops. Only thing I would have to say is that since it so so busy the staff definitely has to work fast to keep up with all the orders so you'll definitely wait in line for a bit until you reach the counter to order. I've lived in Temecula for a few years now and did go to this Bruegger's several times after relocating here. First two or three visits were good, the next was sub-par. The bagel I got tasted day old or stale. Thought I wrote a review then but it doesn't really matter since today they earned 5 stars! This location was slammin' busy today around 10:20am. Socially distanced line inside ran out the door by the time we left. Many multiple bagel sandwiches were being made, most likely for pick up and delivery. We had a wait, for sure. Worth it! My wife got an everything bagel and I got a cheesy hash browns bagel to go so we could use our toppings at home when we were ready for lunch. Both were very fresh, soft and delicious. I would recommend the cheese and hash brown bagel for any toppings you choose. They probably use them for breakfast sandwiches but I used whipped cream cheese and salami after toasting the two halves in a pan with a little butter. Really good. read more

Review based on service. They make a good bagel. Our frustration is the wait. Literally an hour to get a bagel to go. We've filled out numerous surveys and have yet to see a change so perhaps a Yelp review will get managements attention. Staff better! Stop prioritizing DoorDash, etc. Focus on the people right in front of you. Or at least add Bruegger app based ordering so we don't have to wait an hour for a bagel while we watch staff work feverishly to fill orders for DoorDash and the like. Don't go here unless you have an hour of surfing to do on your phone. And get your Starbucks after or it'll be cold. read more
