Love this donut shop. The donuts are fantastic and very fresh. My only issue was with my breakfast croissant sandwich. It was a large croissant sandwich but the meat and egg did not match the size and the croissant. Very limited indoor seating. Service was good.

Very cute, local donut shop! Family owned and operated! The donuts are always fresh and delicious. The service is always excellent as well. My favorite part of this sweet little bakery is its early hours as I work in San Diego as a nurse leader and love to take my staff fresh donuts, but I leave extremely early! Because this sweet little shop opens at 3am, so I can always count on fresh donuts on the way (and they are often fresh out of the kitchen, still warm!) Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other local donut shops.

Great service and a nice stop for a quick breakfast. Decent amount of parking and a few tables in-house if you want to enjoy your donuts or bagels in the shop. Tried the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich and it was reasonably priced and also cheesy as well--just to my liking! They also sell mochi donuts here and they were good. read more

Walking in the door I realized I finally found my donut coffee shop. They have real half and half and that is worth 5 stars alone. The owner was super nice, the place is clean, everything is fresh, coffee is delish, and has such a peaceful and blessed vibe. Love supporting small businesses that put in the effort! read more

Just picked up four donuts two were on edible. So greasy can't even taste the donut all you taste is grease. The lady was not very friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place. I would try somewhere else. This place. Kind of sucks now. How hard is it to make a doughnut. Or smile. Eight dollars and something cents for four donuts that sucked. read more

I have been to this donut shop a few times and every single time, no matter the time of day, the donuts are FRESH! I am greeted with a smile, and friendly conversation. It is a pleasure to just walk into their establishment. I especially love their Bavarian creme stuffed donuts. The best I ever had. Apple fritters are bomb too. Everything in the case is delicious. Every time I have gone here I have received poor customer service. I always feel like I'm inconveniencing her. Plus the price of the donuts increased making it totally not even worth it anymore. The donuts are average at best. Will not be going here again. read more

Absolutely amazing little hole in the wall! Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel with a coffee, only $5.25. Freshly brewed my coffee right in front of me. My sandwich was hot and the bacon was crispy! I was super happy with my choice to come here and it definitely won't be my last. Fast service and still had lots of donut choices and fresh bagels around 11am. read more

Good donuts, fresh baked and standard fare. Nothing too fancy but all were soft and fluffy woth a decent price for a dozen. More selection of milks and other drinks would be great. Staff were polite but kurt. We ate the donuts in the car so I forgot to take pics but if we get a craving we will go back. read more

Me and my family came in on a Sunday morning craving some donuts for breakfast. The price for a dozen is $9.95 which is pretty pricey compared to other donut shops I've been to. We came around 10am and the selection was low due to being crowded which is also a sign that the donuts must be good. I didn't see any specialty donuts such as cronuts. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and did not give off any attitude when we became indecisive about which donuts to get. The parking lot is small and they have outdoor tables to enjoy your donuts with some coffee or loved ones. I would definitely come again when I'm in the area visiting family. read more

I think I may have found my new breakfast hangout. What Hole-N-One lacks in product offerings, it makes up for in efficiency and convenience. I've seen other donut shops offer more donuts and pastries, but Hole-N-One offers the classics. And they could also beef up their bagel variety as well. But the service is fast and friendly and the prices are very fair. There isn't a donut shop within a 10 mile radius of this place and they're located on a busy street. While I was there this morning, about 10 customers rolled in and out. Me, I like to sit and enjoy my breakfast. I was glad that they offered two outdoor tables. It was a nice morning and sitting outside was nice. I ordered a choco frosted donut along with a toasted sesame bagel w/ cream cheese and a small chocolate milk. Total came out to $3.40. Very decent, considering half the total was for the bagel w/ cream cheese. I can definitely see myself here 2-3 times a week. The donut was still fresh and I really did enjoy sitting outside. I want to thank Hole-N-One Donuts for making me custom heart shaped donuts, My Girls have been in China visiting grandma for a month and a half now and about a month ago I was FaceTiming my daughter Kaliah she was showing me her ice cream and I thought I would show her a picture of a heart donut with pink frosting with sprinkles, since then she's been saying daddy's gonna get me a pink heart donut ‍ she's three years old and she hasn't forgot she's been talking about it every other day and every time we FaceTime, so a BIG thanks to Hole-N-One Donuts in Murrieta for making me custom heart shaped donuts, Kaliah's gonna be super happy when I pick them up today from the airport read more

When I was finally helped, there was no apology for the wait. Instead, I was greeted with a curt, "What can I get you?" in a tone that made it seem like they were annoyed to take my order. I asked for Mike's name because his attitude was especially unprofessional and rude throughout the interaction. Not once did anyone thank me for my business. To top it off, my receipt encouraged me to complete a customer feedback survey while also asking for a gratuity. After the level of service I received, that was incredibly disappointing. This is my local Bruegger's, and I've always enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so surprising. I sincerely hope management addresses it, because this location is capable of much better.

I volunteered to make the coffee runs because I knew I'd get at least a few minutes to enjoy the live music while I was in line. I tried the matcha and coffee, and everything was lovely. And the best part - it was a crowd pleaser when I brought it back for the rest of the crew. The staff was also incredibly kind and so helpful with labelling drinks for me. I love that they have small bites and a few larger options on their menu if you're hungry and want to grab a bite to eat. I love all the available seating they have indoor and outdoors here too. I am glad to stumble upon this gem of a family owned shop. Been coming here since December as I really loved all the different roasts that I have tried. But the best part is how they treat their customers. Last May I dropped by late in the afternoon past 5 PM knowing they closed at 4 PM. I was just trying my luck hoping they will let me grab a bag. I felt bad as they were already closed for the day but Jason and Robyn didn't hesitate to unlock the doors and allow me to buy a bag of my favorite beans "Chiapas" even when the cash register is already turned off. As always the beans were freshly roasted. The shop features ample seating if you elect to dine in. But because this place is well loved in the community, it can get packed, a good sign of well run coffee shop . Great ambiance and all around great vibes. Support your local family owned small businesses!!! Great people overall and may the Lord continue to bless the family and Hush Coffee Roasters!

Noticed that there was significant room in my cup when it finally arrived and you can't tell me it's the cold foam "melting", the baristas intentionally failed to fill my cup, apparently because I ordered no ice. As you can see, I didn't drink out of it prior to the picture else there would be foam on the side and lid. Aside from my cup being short; my matcha didn't taste like it had brown sugar in it either All I can say, is that we scratched this off our list of local coffee shops to try and won't be returning.

But the quality of the coffee tasted very cheap and definately not top notch. Will I ever go back?! I doubt it...... Maybe in a million year or so!!!!

It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!

Around 20 minutes later, I went up to the counter to check on my order. I was reassured that my cinnamon rolls were being made and told that it usually takes about 30 minutes, so I continued waiting. As more time passed, I noticed customers who ordered both before and after me receiving their orders while I was still waiting. At that point, I started to feel like my order may have been missed. I checked a second time and explained that I felt like my order may have been missed. The gentleman who helped me was much kinder than the first person I spoke with and was apologetic, which I appreciated. Finally, another employee, who I believe was the owner's husband, asked to see my receipt and discovered that my order had been misplaced. I received my cinnamon rolls around 8:30 AM. While I understand that popular items can take time, it was frustrating to find out that my order had actually been misplaced after I had already asked about it twice. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate the owner's husband for being honest about what happened and the gentleman for taking the time to help. I love supporting local businesses and hope this doesn't happen to another customer.

All in all I definitely recommend coming here if you are wanting good matcha and good vibes. Next time I come I want to try their coffee next time and food.

Joe and Destiny really took me to a blast from the past with their AMAZING and cozy corner. Right from ordering, Joe was very welcoming and hospitable. I popped in one of the VHS tapes into the TV's and was so surprised everything was in pristine, working condition! Joe brought my drink over to me while we talked about how this corner was a very personal and intimate recreation of his childhood, which I really enjoyed. As always, the boba is fresh, even though I came in 20 mins before close, and I love how all their milk teas are nondairy. Joe and Destiny made me feel so welcomed, and here I was, about to be crying in a boba shop on Mother's Day because I was brought back to my childhood by something as simple as a VHS tape and bubble TV. Joe and Destiny rly made my the end of my Mother's Day an amazing one, just through the genuine conversation and interactions we had. I most likely will be finding myself back here just to hangout, and watch one of my childhood movies while having a boba!

I don't get all the high ratings. This place is just like the other donut shops in Murrieta. They aren't any better or aren't any worse. They also don't offer anything special as far as drinks are concerned in comparison. They are simple status quo but OVERPRICED. Three of the other donut shops will do half dozen, and allow you to throw in a specialty donut for $5. If it is convenient to come here, ok but I'd highly suggest if you're going to get five or more donuts, go elsewhere. read more
