Bruegger's, Einstein and Noah are all part of the coffee empire of German conglomerate JAB. They make incredibly tasty bagels, sandwiches and most importantly COFFEE. I was killing time and came here for breakfast. Ordered my usual, of Bacon, Egg, Cheese and Sausage on an Everything Bagel, or what I call the "Coronary Bypass Special". Always liked the bagels here but it has been a while since we've even here. Disappointed when we opened the bags for our bagels and found how SMALL they are! The flavor is good but they are way too small. The ones at the grocery store put these to shame. My wife's 5 cheese bagel (they didn't have jalapeño cheddar) was so small it was embarrassing. Lovee this place's bagels!! The place is small and there's always a long line that practically goes out the door, but the service is fast!

The bagels are great however the customer service is horrific. Line is always out the door. No one acknowledges the long line. They're working on online or phone orders and not even attempting eye contact with the growing line. Waiting 30 minutes for a bagel is obscene especially to not even be acknowledge while waiting. I would have a semblance of grace over this if they seemed to be trying to get through the line or working quickly but they aren't. read more

I stopped in this particular bagel shop during my recent stay in Temecula for a bagel and coffee. It's quite nice inside and they also have a nice variety of bagels from which to choose. There was a steady line in the morning, but it seemed to move along quite well. I found out from some research that this is actually the same exact company as Einsteins Bagels and also Noahs Bagels. If you have one of the apps from either of these other chains, it will also work here. The bagels are very similar too. The difference, I guess, is just in the store branding. read more

Very disappointed. Usually come here for the good bagels and good cream cheese. But this time not a good experience. Came today 10/12/25 a little after 10am. Th plain bagel I got was burnt. It was a bubbly black bagel. And the two sandwiches I got had no cream cheese. Every time I come it's busy of course. But my order took a really long time. The longest it's taken. I ordered a baker's dozen on Monday, Jan 6th. Ordered 4 sesame, 4 poppy seed, 4 cinnamon raisin and 1 blueberry. Drove home (I live 20 miles away). When I removed the bagels from the bag, I noticed the cinnamon raisin bagels were burnt. I couldn't believe a baker and the team member that picked those thought it was ok to serve those bagels. It the 1st time I've had that happen in decades of conducting business with Brueggers. Called to speak with a manager but manager wasn't in. So I emailed corporate and they got back to me quickly. The store is a franchise so they told me they would forward email to the franchise owner. It's now 8 days later and nothing from franchise owner. Not a good experience. read more

I ordered lox on a pumpernickel bagel recently because I had just had a baby and hadn't been able to eat smoked salmon for the whole pregnancy! I was delighted with the lox, onion, capers, and cream cheese sandwich on that yummy bagel. Some places don't have pumpernickel, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it on the menu. The only thing I'd change was it was a little expensive for not having a side or drink that came with it, but then again, lox can get pricey. read more

Not sure what happened but it's not the same place that used to be the bagels got smaller. The price went up. I think they're trying to recoup the money they spent on advertising and sending out hard plastic coupon cards in the mail. I'll get my bagels fresh every day now from Winco way more flavor, twice a size and less than half the price, the jalapeño and cheese or actually ground up and put inside the bagel rather than a couple big floppy slices on top to fall off in your toaster just wanted to let everybody know. Also the burger bagel feels like a hockey puck is very dense and Dowie I'm sure I could throw it at a mirror and crack the mirror. One of our favorite go-to bagel house. The kids love this place. We normally come here on a weekend and looking for parking is never a problem. This bagel joint is always busy in the mornings, as you would expect on a place that delivers and brought the science of bagels to the next level. Although the line can be long, the staff preparers are efficient and you'll be on your way in no more than seven minutes tops. What I like about this place is that the kitchen area is visible to the customers. Rest assured your food is clean and done the right way. The crew members are friendly with a smile, of which, I think is essential especially in the mornings.
