How did I even find this place? It's tucked away in a place I never go and stumbled into a hidden gem! The menu has so many items I want to try and it was very difficult to decide! This restaurant reminds me of the ones you see on TV that has potential but they are just stuck‍ They wasn't that busy and I wasn't immediately acknowledged that should've been a sign for me to leave but I decided to stay. Charging 2.50 for a slice a toast ×2 is highway robbery when its one slice of bread cut in half. I placed my order and was very clear no powdered sugar and no whipped cream while the presentation was nice guess who got whipped cream and alot of it. I also paid 5.00 for what was billed as home fries which was a whole potato cut up and deep fried that was seasoned adjacent which was a complete let down. They offer an amazing breakfast menu with a wide selection of pancakes, waffles, and French toast. The pancakes looked incredibly fluffy and soft, almost cloud-like, while we did get to try the waffles. This was a serious disappointment. I am not sure where to begin. Service was on a one star level, no smiles, short exchanges. When our order was taken the woman, just walked away. Like she just left, so weird. Waited about 35 minutes for our food to come out and man, things got worse. My sunrise burrito was basically a potato burrito seasoned with egg and chorizo. If there was 1 egg in it I would be shocked. After two bites with nothing but potatoes I unwrapped and confirmed it was 90+ percent potatoes. I was done, it was so gross. I had breakfast with my mom on Saturday morning at 9:30. The dining room was empty when we arrived. Alex was friendly & he took our order straightaway. The lattes came out first. They were slightly sweet and likely came from an automated machine, but they were tasty. (I typically prefer my coffee drinks to be unsweetened though.) By the time we got our food, a few more customers arrived and made the place a bit more lively. Our crepes were good. My meatless crepe had mushrooms, spinach & onion, and it was light and well-cooked. The hash browns were my favorite & the side was enough for two people to share. The dining room is clean, bright & cheerful. I did notice that the prices are quite high compared to similar restaurants in the area. I think if entree prices were lowered by $2-3, Oui would entice more customers to dine with them. Our bill for two crepes, hash browns & two lattes was $56 before tip which was a little steep. We visited again today. Sadly we won't be going back. Our service was fine. Decor is kitschy, not a factor to us. We felt the prices are too high for a cafe / diner setting. You can look at menu photos over the last 3 years. Sadly everyone's costs are up. I get it. But the value is not here. My savory crepe was sweet ( not expected) & filled with ham & scrambled eggs. My husband ordered a ham & cheese omelette- was fine but too pricey. Strangely their omelette did not come with toast. Just potatoes. We asked, nope it's extra. So although everything was ok, there is not a good value for your dollars spent. One last point, I cut my finger on a burr on my fork, the chrome plating was peeling off. It was our first time here. We arrived around 9:00 AM and our order was taken right away. We have a toddler, so my spouse took him to Ross next door to buy some toy cars while we waited for our food. I'm generously giving them 4* based on the food. I ordered the Mr Cracker pancakes as a combo meal. The eggs, sausage,and hash browns were fine but the pancakes were fantastic! Tasted delicious with great presentation. The downside is the price. $19.50 for 3 pancakes is pretty pricey plus another $10.00 to make it a combo meal plus another $4.95 for coffee and my total with tax and tip for one person was over $42.00. Far be it from me to tell someone how to run their business but most breakfast restaurants don't include hash browns with their combo meals and 2 pancakes is plenty, even for 2 people. By lowering the quantity, that could reduce the price for a combo meal by $8.00-$10.00. Just my two cents to go along with my $42.00 check . I would recommend OUI based on the food but be prepared for the prices. read more

I usually never write these thing but this place is severely disappointing. My family and I went here after a morning hike. Place was busy and hostess sat us in a few minutes. It took 20 minutes for them to take our order and an additional 45+ minutes to bring us our food. I ordered their turkey sandwich which is a basic turkey sandwich made with DELI meat turkey. For $22 dollars, I would expect real turkey, not the cheapest deli meat that I can simply get at a store. I can make a better sandwich at home for a 1/4 of the cost. Also, the servers never tended to us or asked if we were okay. It wasn't until we stopped one of the servers to ask for a box and the check that she asked if we were okay. She only started asking us questions/ tending to us because she could tell my annoyance. Easy to say we will never be coming back. read more

Got some breakfast with a with a friend and we split the chicken and waffles which was delicious and although the waiter was sitting down and texting the entire time and seemed offended when asked for more syrup and the had ordered a Bloody Mary but then comes back to tell us they can't make it, so fine we already got a orange juice so let's just get a glass of champagne and charge us for mimosa but when the other waiter came in and gave us the bill he had the Bloody Mary on the bill, the orange juice and mimosa and after three separate arguments were able to leave paying and little tip, but they charged a mimosa and orange juice which if you ever worked in the service industry your not going to charge two juices for one drink.
