I had breakfast with my mom on Saturday morning at 9:30. The dining room was empty when we arrived. Alex was friendly & he took our order straightaway. The lattes came out first. They were slightly sweet and likely came from an automated machine, but they were tasty. (I typically prefer my coffee drinks to be unsweetened though.) By the time we got our food, a few more customers arrived and made the place a bit more lively. Our crepes were good. My meatless crepe had mushrooms, spinach & onion, and it was light and well-cooked. The hash browns were my favorite & the side was enough for two people to share. The dining room is clean, bright & cheerful. I did notice that the prices are quite high compared to similar restaurants in the area. I think if entree prices were lowered by $2-3, Oui would entice more customers to dine with them. Our bill for two crepes, hash browns & two lattes was $56 before tip which was a little steep. Overall, our experience was a good one, but I might think twice before returning due to the prices. read more

We visited again today. Sadly we won't be going back. Our service was fine. Decor is kitschy, not a factor to us. We felt the prices are too high for a cafe / diner setting. You can look at menu photos over the last 3 years. Sadly everyone's costs are up. I get it. But the value is not here. My savory crepe was sweet ( not expected) & filled with ham & scrambled eggs. My husband ordered a ham & cheese omelette- was fine but too pricey. Strangely their omelette did not come with toast. Just potatoes. We asked, nope it's extra. So although everything was ok, there is not a good value for your dollars spent. One last point, I cut my finger on a burr on my fork, the chrome plating was peeling off. It was our first time here. We arrived around 9:00 AM and our order was taken right away. We have a toddler, so my spouse took him to Ross next door to buy some toy cars while we waited for our food. After waiting more than 45 minutes, we asked about our order and were told the kitchen was busy, which we understood. However, we later found out our order was not entered until 9:41 AM. No one acknowledged the mistake or apologized. We ended up leaving without our food because our kids could not wait any longer. Like she just left, so weird. Waited about 35 minutes for our food to come out and man, things got worse. My sunrise burrito was basically a potato burrito seasoned with egg and chorizo. If there was 1 egg in it I would be shocked. After two bites with nothing but potatoes I unwrapped and confirmed it was 90+ percent potatoes. I was done, it was so gross. Saturday, 11-09-2024: Our family came here after our grandson's soccer game. Thankfully, we arrived at an opportune time because it got crowded rather than quickly. We were greeted warmly since they're familiar with us and seated right away. It's very clean, bright, and comfortable, warmly decorated. We ordered breakfast and it's consistently very good. Today is Mother's Day. I am a mom of 2. 24 and 20. My son's and husband took me out. It made me so happy that they are in a place in their life that they are finally picking up the tab. Watching them serve others that came in after us. We finally had to flag someone down. The server was straight up, asked for orders and no eye contact. No hello.. nothing. I am trying to keep my cool so my men in my life don't think I am one of those lady's. It took an hour for food to come out. When it did, the meals came out one by one. Guess who's didn't show up. Stopped by for brunch while charging at the Tesla charging station. Service was good. They had fans blowing and I had to ask them to move it and face it away from our table. It is enormous and enough for 2 people. The veggies are sauteed nicely before being incorporated into the omelette. I love that. My friend had the Rueben with fries. The sandwich was excellent. Tasted delicious with great presentation. The downside is the price. $19.50 for 3 pancakes is pretty pricey plus another $10.00 to make it a combo meal plus another $4.95 for coffee and my total with tax and tip for one person was over $42.00. Far be it from me to tell someone how to run their business but most breakfast restaurants don't include hash browns with their combo meals and 2 pancakes is plenty, even for 2 people. By lowering the quantity, that could reduce the price for a combo meal by $8.00-$10.00. Just my two cents to go along with my $42.00 check . I would recommend OUI based on the food but be prepared for the prices. read more

Got some breakfast with a with a friend and we split the chicken and waffles which was delicious and although the waiter was sitting down and texting the entire time and seemed offended when asked for more syrup and the had ordered a Bloody Mary but then comes back to tell us they can't make it, so fine we already got a orange juice so let's just get a glass of champagne and charge us for mimosa but when the other waiter came in and gave us the bill he had the Bloody Mary on the bill, the orange juice and mimosa and after three separate arguments were able to leave paying and little tip, but they charged a mimosa and orange juice which if you ever worked in the service industry your not going to charge two juices for one drink. Anyways the ambiance and place was bright yellow inside, just says pancakes and eggs outside and had random comic posters here and there. Great food though read more

Have gone here twice for breakfast and so far so good, tried their classic Eggs Benedict the first go round and was pretty impressed with their hollandaise and their homemade salsa. Tried their Blueberry Cream Cheese pancakes and OMG I couldn't even finish them. Blueberry coulis was so good, cream cheese was rather muddled, which was a bummer but it still tasted amazing. They give you three super thick and fluffy pancakes and I literally couldn't finish it, definitely a shareable choice if you're looking for something like that. Homemade whipped cream was good and definitely didn't need the syrup it came with at all. I really like their coffee, the staff is very attentive and polite. This is my second time here and the food here is good which is why i think the food prices justify the quality of the meal. Now, the real issue is how they charged me a "service fee" of $30 dollars. Most places advertise this and let the customer know before hand; however for a family of five people (three children and two adults) I just simply can't justify how after spending $187.65 I get a ridiculous fee slapped on my bill and then have the audacity to ask or even suggest for a tip. After the waiter took our orders, they only did a refil on two coffees and a lemonade for my daughter, we weren't consistently making them run for anything else back and forth which would maybe justify these fees for large parties. In my opinion, businesses that do this should either adjust their prices on their menu, or advise the customer beforehand there is a "service fee" and explain the basis of it because they might come as deceptive and definitely will not consider eating here in the future. There are other options available where these practices are not the norm and will get my business. read more
