They were just as professional and cleaned up as thoroughly as they did the day before. Ray and his son stopped by throughout the project both days to ensure all was going smoothly. They submitted an excellent proposal. The price was reasonable. I requested one change and it was immediately added to the estimate and emailed to me. Several more issues developed before I signed the contract. I called Nathan. He told me he was driving and he would get back to me. He never did. I called Ray and suggested that the entire roof may need replacing. He promised to come out the following day. He never showed and never called. This company may do excellent work but the poor scheduling and lack of communication is a major problem for me. I won't be hiring them.

Consumer BEWARE…read more Extremely Disappointed - Faulty AC Installation, Water Damage, and No Accountability We hired UBH Heating and Cooling expecting a straightforward AC installation. Instead, we endured over three months of ongoing issues, property damage, and a complete lack of accountability from their team. The problems began when they installed the wrong system. After noticing that our home wasn't cooling properly, they discovered the error and replaced the unit. However, the replacement was not properly tested, which led to more issues: the system was extremely loud, the fan ran continuously for days, and wires were left improperly connected. Most seriously, due to poor installation and a failed safety sensor, the system began to leak water. This leak caused extensive damage to ceilings on both floors of our home, with visible water stains in several rooms. Their only attempt to address the issue was to apply a bleach-and-water solution--a superficial and ineffective treatment. We were told full repairs and repainting would be scheduled, but those promises were never fulfilled. Eventually, the company stopped responding altogether--no follow-ups, no repairs, no accountability. Communication throughout the process was unacceptable. We had to repeatedly follow up, often reaching out to multiple people just to get basic updates or schedule service. Technicians were frequently late and had to return for repairs multiple times, causing us to miss several days of work. During one visit, they left the attic door open despite being asked to close it and left standing water on our shelving--further demonstrating a clear lack of care and respect for our home.This experience has resulted in financial loss, emotional stress, and countless wasted hours. What should have been a routine installation turned into a prolonged and costly ordeal--with no resolution and no responsibility taken. Based on our experience, we strongly do not recommend UBH Heating and Cooling. Their conduct has been unprofessional, careless, and completely unresponsive when problems arise.

My driveway is close 1/4 mile long and was loaded with cracks. I've lived in this location for 20 years and never sealed it prior to today. Gail is their scheduler and she kept me constantly updated with their schedule as rain prevented them from doing the job. (I do not believe the review below from the guy in Truro as there is no way these guys would go 2 hours one-way to the end of the cape from their home base to seal a driveway so I totally ignore that review and particularly the way these guys managed my job) They had to reschedule a couple of times because rain threatened the job and they will not come and work with any threat of rain. Gail was great and called me to confirm they would be here at 8 AM this morning and they were at work at 8 am on my driveway. They first applied hot tar to every crack in the driveway. Sounds like not a big deal but it was; I had cracks everywhere. Julian and his crew of four went to work with hot tar crack filler and then followed that with hand squeegee application of sealer. They do not spray paint the sealer and squeegee it on for total coverage. The driveway looks great and they worked hard for four hours to complete the job. Julian and his crew were very polite, contentious, and took great pride in their work.

Better off elsewhere...can't recommend them with such poor follow up. FOLLOW UP: After posting this review, they came out and saw the issue and said they would be back to fix it. A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again.
