I went to get my eyebrows done , that day after my service i stood in line to pay and waited about 15 minutes because the owner was yelling wanting two ladies to zelle her 200 on her number. Eventually it was my turn but she did not look or talk to me because she was so focused on that. Then i asked to use the bathroom and she ignored me like i was not speaking to her as she is looking at me. I thought she was very unprofessional. I'm a regular customer just like others I'm sure but very disrespectful. read more

Dirty, mekus focus. Check out my vlog about this parlor.Dont be a victim .Beyond the shocking physical harm I endured, I also observed unsanitary conditions within the parlor. It appeared unclean, and I have serious concerns that the same brush may have been used on multiple customers without proper disinfection - a horrifying thought when considering the potential for cross-contamination and infection. Adding insult to injury, this parlor has demonstrated a complete disregard for accountability. Despite the severe reaction I experienced and the concerning conditions I witnessed, they have not only failed to take responsibility but have also reportedly ignored a formal small claims case I was forced to file. read more

I've been lucky to have good experiences here. My eye brows come out great every time. They could be a bit nicer but with such high volume walk ins I understand the hustle. They move so fast I fear for my lashes every time but they've never snagged me. I guess you could say they're so good.. it's scary read more

I seen Keeran ( not sure of spelling) But it was nice that she took her time to do my brows and upper lip. She did it so nicely. I will definitely see her again next time. read more

Quick and efficient. Polite owners. Two concerns - they reuse the scissors and comb and don't clean it before using it for other customers. Also, they charge a fee for card use but tried to tell me that it's tax. It would be better if they were upfront. It's a 50c fee on a $3 eyebrow shaping - no one will make a big deal out of it. read more

They offer a hand full of services the owner Monica is definitely someone you'll end up having to be real stern with as she always try's to get you to purchase more things even after saying no she'll repeatedly hound you like a dog to purchase another service which is really annoying. They have so many new workers coming in and out find the best one and stick to them until further notice. Eyelashes don't last nothing over a week if the wrong person does them as most of them are not certified just taught there by Monica definitely a hit or miss place read more

unfortunately i'd give zero if i could. came here last minute to get a full set & I'm beyond dissatisfied with the service. The lashes were glued to my skin and i had to pluck some off when i got home because it was literally causing me pain. Very unsanitary salon environment, tried not to judge upon my arrival but I now have 2 styes on my left eye after getting my lashes done here. I've never had a stye in my life until this point. I have a free touch up and would rather go somewhere else after my eye heals. the tech didn't wear gloves, i felt rushed off the table while hardly being able to see, people were in and out of the tiny space i was being serviced in and loudly talking in my face while the tech did my lashes. the place is just unkempt. dusty, holes in the ceiling, etc. but you get what you pay for. will not ever be returning. read more

The place is VERY small, honestly almost claustrophobic. They dry your hair till it's damp, then they fry your hair with a straightener till it's dry. My hair has never felt frizzier or dryer! read more

Let me start by saying that I'm fairly new to the eyelash game and so far I've had the most wonderful experience here! I had a few hiccups with my latest set which led to my lashes not staying on when it comes to the right side and at first I thought maybe it was the glue so came back and got it redone and before I knew my eyes started to water and it's because of not letting the glue dry so making my eyes water will obviously remove the glue or at least let it come off so I realized that I needed to get them redone again and these ladies were sooo understanding and so kind with me. This is by far epic customer service and I highly recommended this place, they care and are passionate about their quality and make sure you leave feeling good and they did just that! If I could do 10 stars I would!!! read more

Had my eyebrow threaded and chin/lip waxed here. They are a hit-and-miss place. Sometimes they do ok. But the majority of the time, it's not good. They have inexperienced, licensed people working there. The customer service is not good either. The last time I went in there, after growing my eyebrows, the person threading them put an unwanted gap in my brown and completely butchered my eyebrows so bad they had another girl fix it and tint it because it looked so bad... Later on, apologized because the person working on me was still in training. This is something a customer should know before getting anything done. The lady also messed up my jacket by not having the wax set up right and couldn't rip it off properly, causing it to go onto my clothes. Once again, someone had to help her because she didn't know what to do or how to fix it. This has been, by far, the worst experience I've had. I would suggest that employees not get trained on customers unknowingly, and they use other staff to train. I also offer better customer service to greet customers when they come in, and employees are not just sitting in the back chatting as a customer is either standing or sitting waiting to be helped. I would love to be able to give them a higher rating, but unfortunately, too many times, the service has been poor and less than satisfactory. read more

The owner is very unprofessional. She intentionally observed two of her employees do a very horrible job on my eye brows. They are big and crooked and it is devestating that a women face have to reflect the work of a trifiling owner and her unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this place to a dead dog. BEWARE! read more

For what ever reason, it's $5 for a dude to get his eyebrows done. I asked why it was more for a male, they said they didn't know. They still have the ticketing system, however when I go in there, they still just say "next" and expect the group of 10 people in there to know who's next. They do have new chairs, and seats for those waiting which is nice though. read more

i walked in and the vibe was completely bad - the manager Seami (?) told me to take a seat without asking what i wanted done. Ruby came to help me and she was so sweet. but when ruby couldn't understand my question she asked Seemi (?) and she was absolutely rude and huffed and puffed when i had questions regarding an eye lash tint & perm. Seemi asked if i had gotten this done before and i told her it has been awhile and Seemi said she is fine doesn't know the difference and through her hands up at Ruby. then i asked ruby first but she directed me to Seemi "if the extensions were better since the price for tint & perm of eyelashes were $95 but the extensions are $80." she just said extension better. i asked why and shared me experience i had from somewhere else and she couldn't care less and said get them or don't. but when i asked for her to check my account (bc i have been here 2-3 years ago w/ my mom and we bought a year of facials!) she seemed bothered i told her i know it probably is gone by now (even though we never used them) but just wanted to check and she put in one phone number i gave her then dismissed me and said nope nothing. didn't ask for a name or anything... anyways walking out to my car i accidentally smudge my brow and cleaned it up the best i could but i could tell i needed the henna reapplied when i walked in 4 of the girls were sitting there glaring at me as Seemi stared talking in their language which i understand but all the woman just stared like i was a problem. thankfully RUBY was so nice and took great care of me. i get i am paying $10.75 for eyebrow thread and tint but have some respect. i don't like complaining but i know i am a friendly understanding individual so if seemi made me feel this way after my session when she just sat there i can't imagine how she treats others! read more

The ladies who do eyebrow threading are awful. They are not trained well or probably not trained at all. I went here and got my eyebrows done and they cut my skin. See the pictures below. THE WORST PLACE FOR BEAUTY, if you don't want your lashes to get damaged DO NOT EVER COME HERE TO GET EXTENSIONS. All they care about is how fast they can be gluing your eyelashes together and using pre made fans that WILL damage your lashes. I occasionally come to do my eyebrows but even then they do them thinner and thinner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, girl if you looking for some lash extensions that will take care of their health and prioritize customer service book them here- lashesnns.GlossGenius.com Such shitty jobs, they want to do what they want on you to earn money never the customer first. I've heard many cases where they end up doing the service they want to charge more. SHITTY FUCKING PLACE, NEVER. COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!! read more

I went in here yesterday and was planning on getting lash extensions for my very first time. I paid $80 for a CLASSIC/NATURAL full set and I told the lady that I wanted very minimal and very light looking lashes. I am not a big fan of huge fluffy lashes. There is also so much glue attached to my waterline that it feels like rocks in my eye every time I blink. read more

This place is too inconsistent to keep going to! Today I left with barely any brows on one and too much on the other, no shape, no crisp line. Doesn't have a clean look to it. Hair still in spots that it shouldn't be! Complete waste of my time! After years of coming here, today was my last! It is important to have consistency when providing a service! I look worse leaving than when I came in! Experiment on each other, not on your client read more

I have been wanting to try eyebrow tinting and my daughters and I needed some facial hair cleaning. The place is okay, needs a little tlc. A little bit of cleaning and painting is needed. This threading experience was a bit more painful than I've ever experienced. They were left a bit too thin to my tasting. Now as for the tinting, they added the first coating, after it was removed there wasn't much of a difference so she asked if I wanted them darker and I agreed. I was told to remove it after 20min. I feel that they look okay, but just because I'm not use to them looking that way. I guess I feel like they look like they are tattooed on. I think I would like them better if the tint wasn't so much on my skin rather than closer to my hairs. My daughter had her brows and sides done. My other daughter had her brows done and was in lots of pain because the lady was doing the threading really slow. All in all we had an okay experience. Guess I wouldn't mind trying this place again but checking and double checking that they do them the way I would like. Expect to wait, they can get pretty busy. Update! 01/02/2019 We decided to stop by again and my daughters were pleased with their eyebrow finish. We got there at a good time because they weren't super busy. As we were leaving though they started to get lots of customers. Will be definitely stopping by again. read more

I used to frequent this place from around 2014 to 2019. I would come in, be serviced within 5 minutes of arrival, and out before the 10 minute mark with satisfactory outcome of my eyebrows being threaded; I would even bring my friends. Eventually, there was so much turnaround, I didn't recognize the ladies anymore and everyone would request the manager, Monika upon arrival. After 5 years of consistently getting my eyebrows threaded, I know what it feels like when they're done. I'm not picky or particular, you can just tell when they're cleaned up properly. The girls would barely touch my eyebrows; they would be so gentle that it would actually hurt and take longer than 3 minutes per eyebrow with no difference. I can't tell if they're just lazy or scared. I've been cut a few times, also. I used to love this place. I'm also there for about 15 minutes and my eyebrows will still look the same as they did before. When I would kindly ask for someone else to do them, everyone would stare and talk in their language, it would make me uncomfortable when I'm not even trying to be rude, just get my eyebrows done. It's nice that it's cheap for only $3 but no longer worth it. Go to infinity salon across the street. The gal there used to work at urvashi and owns it and delivers the service I remember having 2014-'19. Unfortunately I'm through with Urvashi. Infinity costs more but it's worth it and still cheaper than wax at most places now. Sorry Monika, it's been a good run. read more
