Had my eyebrow threaded and chin/lip waxed here. They are a hit-and-miss place. Sometimes they do ok. But the majority of the time, it's not good. They have inexperienced, licensed people working there. The customer service is not good either. The last time I went in there, after growing my eyebrows, the person threading them put an unwanted gap in my brown and completely butchered my eyebrows so bad they had another girl fix it and tint it because it looked so bad... Later on, apologized because the person working on me was still in training. This is something a customer should know before getting anything done. The lady also messed up my jacket by not having the wax set up right and couldn't rip it off properly, causing it to go onto my clothes. Once again, someone had to help her because she didn't know what to do or how to fix it. This has been, by far, the worst experience I've had. I would suggest that employees not get trained on customers unknowingly, and they use other staff to train. I also offer better customer service to greet customers when they come in, and employees are not just sitting in the back chatting as a customer is either standing or sitting waiting to be helped. I would love to be able to give them a higher rating, but unfortunately, too many times, the service has been poor and less than satisfactory. read more

For what ever reason, it's $5 for a dude to get his eyebrows done. I asked why it was more for a male, they said they didn't know. They still have the ticketing system, however when I go in there, they still just say "next" and expect the group of 10 people in there to know who's next. The ladies who do eyebrow threading are awful. They are not trained well or probably not trained at all. I went here and got my eyebrows done and they cut my skin. See the pictures below. I have cut on both my eyelids. I complained its painful and she said its nothing. She was so rude & she did not even apologize and started talking in her languange to another lady. I went in here yesterday and was planning on getting lash extensions for my very first time. I paid $80 for a CLASSIC/NATURAL full set and I told the lady that I wanted very minimal and very light looking lashes. I am not a big fan of huge fluffy lashes. The picture attached is what I ended up with and was 100% not what I wanted. She did a volume look and I was not pleased with this service. I have been wanting to try eyebrow tinting and my daughters and I needed some facial hair cleaning. The place is okay, needs a little tlc. A little bit of cleaning and painting is needed. This threading experience was a bit more painful than I've ever experienced. They were left a bit too thin to my tasting. Now as for the tinting, they added the first coating, after it was removed there wasn't much of a difference so she asked if I wanted them darker and I agreed. I was told to remove it after 20min. I feel that they look okay, but just because I'm not use to them looking that way. I guess I feel like they look like they are tattooed on. I think I would like them better if the tint wasn't so much on my skin rather than closer to my hairs. My daughter had her brows and sides done. My other daughter had her brows done and was in lots of pain because the lady was doing the threading really slow. All in all we had an okay experience. Guess I wouldn't mind trying this place again but checking and double checking that they do them the way I would like. Expect to wait, they can get pretty busy. Update! 01/02/2019 We decided to stop by again and my daughters were pleased with their eyebrow finish. We got there at a good time because they weren't super busy. I used to frequent this place from around 2014 to 2019. I would come in, be serviced within 5 minutes of arrival, and out before the 10 minute mark with satisfactory outcome of my eyebrows being threaded; I would even bring my friends. Eventually, there was so much turnaround, I didn't recognize the ladies anymore and everyone would request the manager, Monika upon arrival. After 5 years of consistently getting my eyebrows threaded, I know what it feels like when they're done. I'm not picky or particular, you can just tell when they're cleaned up properly. The girls would barely touch my eyebrows; they would be so gentle that it would actually hurt and take longer than 3 minutes per eyebrow with no difference. I can't tell if they're just lazy or scared. I've been cut a few times, also. I used to love this place. I'm also there for about 15 minutes and my eyebrows will still look the same as they did before. When I would kindly ask for someone else to do them, everyone would stare and talk in their language, it would make me uncomfortable when I'm not even trying to be rude, just get my eyebrows done. It's nice that it's cheap for only $3 but no longer worth it. Go to infinity salon across the street. The gal there used to work at urvashi and owns it and delivers the service I remember having 2014-'19. Unfortunately I'm through with Urvashi. Got my lashes done here about a month ago. First, the woman started scrubbing my eyes and whatever she used burned so bad, silly me I should have stopped the service ugh!! She proceeded to do my full set and SHE USED SCOTCH TAPE UNDER MY EYES!!!!! The full set took under an hour because she looked at the clock and said oh we're closed now and stopped! The next day my eyes were burning and clumps of lashes were falling out (because she attempted volume lashes but obviously didn't know how) including my natural lashes! I noticed that some lashes were glued to my skin & it hurt bad. I had to go to an actual lash salon & have the lashes removed professionally. They confirmed that some lashes were in fact glued to my skin. This was such a terrible experience and I would not recommend getting your lashes done here. read more
