Bravo! Well done! Blueberry Baked Pancake was the best German Pancake I've ever had! Started off with a perfectly made Mocha Latte. Homemade strawberry preserves. Great service as well. The young lady serving us checked on us several times and they bused away empty plates quickly to keep our table tidy. All the extra things we asked for were brought promptly. The server was attentive at first, but as the crowd increased, she had to spread herself thin. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The large chicken strips were super crunchy, but had no flavor. They may have stayed in the fryer a tad too long. The waffle looked amazing, nice color on the outside but was mushy on the inside. My daughter had the avocado toast. Sat outside and it wasn't too busy when we went but there was a bit of a wait time to get the food. The menu was diverse and it was really hard to pick just one thing because I wanted to try everything. I got the farmer Dan skillet with the biscuit - amazing. Crispy potatoes, mushrooms, spinach, peppers, gooey cheese and eggs that weren't too runny, just right. The biscuit came with this delicious fruit preserve. Amazing! Also got the apple pancake Dutch baby (they called it something else I can't remember, baked pancake?) And that was really good but too sweet for me for breakfast. It tasted more like dessert like an apple cinnamon dessert and it was BIG. So if you don't like sweet breakfast I wouldn't get that as your main dish. The dining room here has a farmhouse feel to it; very cozy yet modern. and was pretty clean but could have been a little cleaner. The was pleasant and the food was good. Portions were hearty and the menu has a good variety of choices. I tried to find the 4 stars here but it came up just a bit short today. The dining room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner for a Tuesday morning, and the service was ok with a few small issues (like forgetting the toast despite multiple requests). We stayed in Daytona briefly on the way to Orlando and definitely had an amazing brunch. The pancakes were delicious, Fluffy, and not too sweet which was a really pleasant thing. The corned beef hash was good and crispy. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles and got the chicken dipped in Buffalo sauce. Amazing combo if you haven't tried it. Their coffee is absolutely delicious and that pumpkin spice latte was incredible. Service was fantastic even with it being a super busy Sunday. We didn't realize it would come with house made strawberry preserves....so yummy and such a nice touch! We were floored when the chef came out and did table touches! He talked to every table and the bar patrons, and asked each diner if there was anything that they would like to see done differently, or that they could be doing that would make their experience better. Worst chef salad i have ever had. The presentation was good but the ingredients looked old. The lettuce was wilting, tomatoes were drieing out, and the meat and cheese was sweating like they were close to expiration or had been sitting. I ordered it for a later pickup and i guess they made it and let it sit out for 45 min. The ranch was out of a bottle not made from scratch with buttermilk. Croutons tasted like plain toast.
