So I will give this a two star brunch and really only because of how dog friendly it is and how much my dibs enjoyed their breakfast bowl and whipped cream. Other than I would say poor. I had went with one other girl and I ordered pancakes and bacon with coffee. My coffee was cold and my pancakes were raw!!! I sent them back and asked for a new order instead of sending time a new order they only sent out 1 pancake. I had to wait for new ones and by that time my friend and dogs were already done eating. The waitress did bring a to go with two more pancakes to go home and it was still raw. The simplest food to make. I would not recommend or return. read more

I've been here regularly but haven't stopped in since the management and name changeover so I decided to see what it was like. Not much has changed - the indoor couch by the door is now more table seating. The staff seems cheerier than before and the bubbly music was a nice complete to my meal. It's restaurant week so I decided to go with the cappuccino, country frittata, and fruit salad for $15 (frittata alone is normally $12). As soon as I came in I was seated and they started making my cappuccino right away. I put my order in and it arrived frittata first (with ketchup on the side at my request) followed closely by the fresh fruit. Frittata was above average and I would order it again but it's not the best I've ever had. The fresh fruit though...definitely a surprise. Most of the time fresh fruit sides are afterthoughts and it's usually not appetizing but I finished this fruit cup (minus the out of season blueberries) with delight. Honeydew melon, pineapple, strawberries, and maybe something else? All delicious, ripe, and fresh. I'm not really a cappuccino drinker so I can't speak to it compared to others. There's nothing wrong with it that I can tell but I'm still probably going to stick with regular coffee if given the option. All in all, it's improved over the management before. It's clean, friendly, warm, and the food is good enough to come back for. Good for small groups but accommodating larger parties of more than 8 or so would be more challenging. I'll be back next time I'm in Conshy and looking for a breakfast spot. read more

This place has the best avocado BLT in town and I'm addicted to their fries. The staff is good to my 1 year old and careful about his multiple food allergies. They also have an awesome coffee menu and always some cool specials- especially around St Patty's day :) read more

I visit the area a few times a month for work and to visit friends . I like to try new places and keep a notebook to indicate treasures . THIS was a treasure ...and definitely one for the books. The service was impeccable. Deeanna was our waitress and she was all smiles , warmth and sincere recommendations . She helped us work through the menu and was smiling through my friends special requests ( no tomato, no cucumber, cheese on side ) It was perfect, no mistake . My french toast was amazing,,, so sweet and fluffy with REAL cranberries,,, not jelly or frozen ,,, real , fresh cranberries . The bagel sandwich was huge and very tasty , finally ,, we took home some sausage and white bean soup --- oh my goodness ,,, it was so tasty and rich ... I can't say enough good things about this place and about the service --- Deeanna made all the difference , friendly , knowledgeable and patient. The place is located on fayette street, on street parking , very clean and bright and cozy --- there was no wait for a table and food arrived very promptly . Came and sat outside on a nice day and enjoyed the breakfast options on the menu, the tofu scramble, oatmeal, and churro French toast. Everything was delicious and it was really great to find a brunch place offering vegan options like the tofu scramble! Some things seem a little pricey but overall we found the food to be worth it. They really do COVID protocols well. Everyone masked, tables well spaced and a QR code on every table. I like the reminder on the menu to keep your mask on when speaking to staff. Friendly and efficient service from the young lady there this morning. (I think her name is Helen). She recommended a special entree of avocado toast with peaches and burratta. WOW was it delicious and more sophisticated than I would expect from a neighborhood breakfast spot. My partner got an omelette that was big, fluffy and delicious. Well executed brunch. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint, bright and cheerful. The coffee is excellent. Service was solid. I had the egg sandwich, and make no mistake...this is no Egg McMuffin. You get 2 over easy eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat on a really nice buttery roll. The egg white omelet was also really good and fresh tasting. COVID-19 may have taken the sit down experience away, but the quality of service has not fallen, I miss sitting outside, but being able to pick up brunch or have it delivered makes my day and life easier. We were in the area and needed to get lunch. The Yelp reviews made this sound like the perfect spot. Sadly that wasn't the case. We got a table promptly and the manger (owner?) was really nice. But... it went downhill quickly. It took 15 minutes for the wait staff to look our way and another 5 to get water. I had a question about a menu item and the waitress couldn't answer it - she pulled someone over who said he'd never had it or seen it ordered, so I decided to keep it simple and get an omelette. The omelette was disappointing. It was cooked like an omelette, but the fillings were added on top - and then folded, sort of like a taco. The spinach was cold and sad, too. It came with potatoes which were grossly over salted (and also cold) as well as a small piece of pineapple and two blackberries. My husband got an omelette, too. He felt the same, but sadly took medication that had to be taken with food so he had some of it just so he didn't feel sick. Our 4yo ordered ordered the kids pancakes and ate one of the three small pancakes happily. I tried a bite and, while they looked quite good, the box mix we use at home tastes better. It was also was the last item to come out from the kitchen. It also took 40 minutes for the food to come out and we were sitting in front of the kitchen... The kitchen staff was working really hard, yet the place was half empty. (Clearly the kitchen is too small for the number of tables.) The owner / manager was very kind and offered to make something else, but I couldn't bring myself to be that disappointed again. The restaurant was clean and the folks were nice, but I'm utterly confounded to read so many glowing reviews and have such a disappointing experience - and leave without eating. read more

Very good brunch/breakfast spot in Conshohocken. There is almost never a line of people, you are able to get a table very quick. They have a good variety of coffees/lattes/cappuccino. The coffee is really good. This time I tried caramel macchiato and it was great. I ordered loaded oatmeal with fruits, nuts and some quinoa. I liked it a lot and I was full for a long time after the meal was over. My boyfriend had churros french toast. French toast was more like sticks not like actual pieces of toast. It was delicious but very sweet (but I guess that's the point). The waitress Kate was very nice. Top notch service. I will definitely be back for some oatmeal! read more

Seating snafu. Take my review with a grain of salt. As I write this, we are still in a pandemic with renewed restrictions in light of the Delta variant. Consequently, I wanted to be seated OUTSIDE with my unvaccinated pre-k 4 yr old. Two hostesses greeted us, took our name and cell number, asked us about our preference for seating and quoted us 15 min. After half an hour we checked in. Still no outside table. We took a seat on a bench about two businesses down (near the gulf station and ice cream stand). Another ten minutes and we noticed a table of people leaving and our cell phone rang. The call didn't connect but we got up and walked to the hostess stand anyway. We checked in with the hostess again she offered us immediate seating inside explaining that they gave away our outside table away having not remembered that we had specifically requested outside. I was already hangry having no food in my belly and it being 1 pm. Now I was furious. I suggested we give up and leave. As soon as I said that, the hostesses and a waitress whispered to each other and magically a table in the outside garden was available and offered to us. Upon being seated, I noticed that there were TWO open tables in the garden. So, either they were completely oblivious about what tables they did and didn't have available or they were saving the two garden tables for other groups and were initially unwilling to give them to us. After the seating snafu, our service was above and beyond. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating. The food was good (but not stellar. Just ok). I will eat there again but maybe I'll wait until i feel safer having my child eat inside. read more
