Do NOT go to Bruneel if you value your safety. I really got scammed. I got a flat tire, but I didn't drive over anything, so I took it to Les Schwab (where I bought it) to see if it was under warranty. They told me that the folks who mounted my tire owed me a new one. They said that the tire was torn during the mounting process, and explained that the tear continued to whittle down as I drove the car, until the gap became wider and wouldn't hold any air. They showed me a huge pile of shredded rubber that accumulated. The flat was really scary. Thank goodness I was going 25 mph in Moscow, as opposed to heavy highway traffic. I could have really been hurt. I went to Bruneel, and I showed this guy my tire. He told me that he didn't know if someone from Bruneel tore the tire because Les Schwab was the last to touch it. This guy looked at all the shredded rubber inside, the rust that had accumulated as a result of the elements coming in from the gap, and the fact that the rest of my brand new tire was perfectly intact (hadn't driven over anything that punctured it), and said that Les Schwab could have caused the tear. He didn't offer an alternative explanation for how I could have gotten the flat in the first place. I asked for the owner's number and left a message on his voicemail, but he has not called me back. I called Les Schwab and told them that the guy at Bruneel was being a shyster. The guy talked to his manager, and told me to come over. LES SCHWAB GAVE ME A NEW TIRE. I thanked the manager profusely. He said, "Well, they (Bruneel) could have stepped up." He's exactly right. Bruneel ruined my tire, sent me on the road with it, put me and others in danger, and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen. For example, they couldn't seem to mount my tires in the first place without stripping the lug nuts and charging me for it. I had my tires mounted there because I live nearby. I will never make that mistake again. I AM SO GRATEFUL TO LES SCHWAB! read more

We ordered and had rims and tires placed by Bruneel. When the rims came in they put them on but the back tires rubbed the body so they down sized the tires in the back. When we had trouble with one of the back tires and went in for help they stated they had no record of the rims that they put on or the tires. They claimed the back tires we brought in from somewhere else so if it was deflating it was not their problem. We Went home found paperwork with the invoice number and they said they suddenly found the records of the rims but the back tires were not theirs so they can't help. We took our business elsewhere and the back tire had been placed incorrectly on the rim so it was rubbing. We had to purchase a new tire. Very unprofessional behavior and they will not back up their own work. Beware! read more

I love this place in Moscow. They have only ever done great work on my old car. I've been impressed with their service and speedy work. I got 2 new tires there a few months ago and the guy let me know there was a coupon special going on that would save me $. I definitely recommend them. They also text me when it's time for my oil change. Who doesn't like knowing when it's time for an oil change so your engine doesn't die on you when you're on some random, country road in the middle of no where? They also do a engine check and fluid check every time you get an oil change, which is great! It's also in a great location right downtown which makes leaving your car there for the day easy. read more

I got a flat on my way to work and brought my car in. They were able to diagnose that the flat was a sidewall blow out on the interior side and get everything fixed and squared away in 25 minutes (I have another set of tires at home so I just had them throw the spare on). They didn't charge me anything and were incredibly diligent and kind. I will definitely be going back! read more

Brought my truck in because it had some clogged cats. I brought in my own cat kit and my own muffler and they installed the new cats and a custom exhaust for a great price and the weld quality is excellent. We also got the tires swapped on another car and they had great prices for new tires and mounting and balancing! Both of the vehiclea were done within a day and at very reasonable prices. Had a custom exhaust muffler put on my vehicle. I looked after word on internet and the muffler they installed wasn't correct for my model of vehicle, but they made it work. Then the bill was really high almost $200.00 for muffler and install. I was quoted in Pullman $145.00, should of went to Pullman. I've been having vehicle maintenance and buying tires here for almost 20 years. Last week I got a set of new street tires. They were busy, l called in the morning and the job was done by 4:00 PM. Excellent job, excellent tires. Over the years I have wandered into the store with some oddball needed repairs and they have always accommodated me and fixed whatever I brought them. It was always made clear to me what had to be done with an accurate estimate on time and cost. The change to "Pointe" made no difference, they still do quality work for a good price. Bruneel PointS really messed up. Very poor service. Took my car into get check for engine sounds, and oil change. The oil change never happened, but they must have drained the oil. Another mechanic did a pressure test and there was no leak. 0 oil in the system and the car died. read more

Been doing business with bruneel since the early 80's. Ive never had an issue with the tires or mechanics working there. they look and work professionally, efficiently and courteously. Not once have they attempted to solicit more work than necessary and fully explained additional work that was needed the one time.. The guys at the counter are very respectful and soft spoken. easily approachable by the timid or mechanically limited. recently I lost everything in a shop fire to which my insurance is screwing me. monte stepped up to replace all my summer tires and wheels they were mounted on for a deeply discounted price to help me get on my feet. 12 vehicle tires and wheels total, and discovered 2 days ago 3 trailer tires burned up on my trailer parked outside. I ordered them yesterday and are already here today, to be put on tomorrow first thing. A peeve of mine is a leaky tire, and when it happens they've always promptly fixed it with minimal wait time in the lounge... of course for free. Unfortunately for them, their tires last so long I probably wont be in for years to come.
