4/17/25 I had a 10/10 experience here, the employees were so wonderful, accommodating and treated me so nicely. I'm not from the area and I came to them with a weird sound coming from my front passenger tire, they examined everything and had me on my way within the hour. It turned out to be a rock jammed in my break pad, they took off my tire and fixed everything for super cheap! They were friendly, amazing customer service and they seem to truly care about people who come to them, 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who needs help in the area! read more

I told the techs that I just changed the cabin and engine air filters, so no need to check them or change them. They did so anyway and I had to have them put the brand new filters I'd just put in the day before back into my truck and remove the charges from my bill. Which took time I didn't want to waste. So not only did they try to replace brand new filters when they didn't need to be replaced, they expected me to not notice on the billing. Also, Jiffy Lube actually costs the same as going to the dealership now. So may as just go to the dealership where they have a huge, comfortable and quiet waiting room with internet access. You don't save time or money by going to Jiffy Lube in Moscow. read more

I drive around quite a bit so I come in for regular oil changed often. They have the best prices I have found and have never tried to persuade me to spend money on other things I didn't ask for. I have also came here to get my brakes changed which only took them about an hour. Tim is my favorite and he let me come out and ask questions about parts of the car. They're always really accurate about wait times, but there rarely is one. I live in Lewiston and drive all the way up to Moscow because I refuse to get service done anywhere else. read more

Visited Jiffy Lube in Moscow for routine oil change on Promaster van. It's a new van and a little early for the service. The person in charge pointed out that I only had 3500 miles on the van and could reasonably wait for service if I wanted to. I thought it was nice and honest that he let me know that the oil change was not really necessary at this point, but I was preparing for a long road trip and wanted to get it changed in advance. They let me watch the process and answered the questions that I had. They seemed very thorough and efficient. I will likely visit them again. read more

Fast, friendly service without the excessive up-selling of other Jiffy Lubes. They changed my oil, vacuumed my floors, washed the windows, and fixed the crack in the windshield too. They also provided me with area information (as I am from Seattle). If I lived here, I would definitely come here again. read more

I've been going to Jiffy Lubes all over the PNW for years now, and never have I been so disappointed than at Moscow Jiffy Lube. I came here for an oil change, they put on my skid plate wrong. I ended up going to the Pullman location to have it fixed because they were open later, they put it back on, or so I thought. I ended up hearing it scraping along the road again so I went back to Jiffy Lube Moscow in the morning, they told me that the Pullman manager had forgot the washers, I once again had it fixed in Moscow, but less than a few hours later it was scraping across the ground. I explained to them the situation in thorough detail, even used some names, and told them I had not been driving my car. They told me there was evidence I had hit something and could tell it was fresh. But I had not hit anything, seeing as I hadn't really driven it, that wasn't possible in the first place. I explained the situation again, the scratches had been there for years seeing as they were from the previous owner. I was refused service. I've never experienced such incompetence and disrespect from staff or a Jiffy Lube. if you want your car to stay in one piece I'd recommend going elsewhere. They also charged me $129 for an oil change. read more

I've been coming to this location for 4 years now and my husband took my car in today and he was completely ripped off. He asked for a conventional signature service and the worker told him the high mileage oil was the same price as the conventional. Come check out he charged us $70 not the regular $44 and then continued to belittle and finagle his way out of his previous comment of the high mileage being the same cost. Two hours for an oil change (and counting; I'm writing this from the lobby). They aren't busy.

Yesterday I had an oil change at Jiffy Lube, before driving the car back to Seattle. As I pulled up to the bay, I asked them if they will wash the windshield, and they said yes, they do for every car. So many bugs on that window. Besides a blended oil change, I went ahead and had them change the engine filter, and even a few other things. I noticed a guy washing my windshield. But when I got the car back, the windshield was still covered with so many bugs. Maybe they think washing a window is a process, not a product. I mean, maybe just the act of moving water and a detergent around on the window means they cleaned it? Anyway, it did not come out clean. I mentioned it to the person who met me at my car. He said, they did wash the window; they have someone who washes all the windows. Jiffy Lube, if the window wasn't clean, then you can't say it was washed. Good things: they correctly reset the maintenance required system on my car. The wait time for them to complete the work was quick. read more

I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Pullman, but decided to try the Moscow one since I was already nearby- the Moscow one is WAY better! The staff are all super friendly and professional, and don't seem all sketchy and stoned like the ones in Pullman. read more

Not sure how I feel about my recent service. I typically am a loyal customer of jiffy lube. Employees are cordial, open the doors for me, etc. the other day I felt as though I was being tried. They did the typical routine of an line oil and filter at the end of the service. Told me everything looked pretty good. My serpentine belt looked good etc. when I told him I didn't want a transmission flush today (my car is getting close to needing one) he replied, "well, there ARE cracks in your serpentine belt but you shouldn't worry about it, it'll still be fine". This is after he just got through telling me my belt looked good. Got the feeling he was trying to get me to purchase more and have more done to my car. I may have to look into other avenues next time. I was super disappointed this conversation happened. read more

I was very disappointed with the service, although the oil change was done quickly, the sales person tried to sell me every service they had to offer even when I and my wife repeatedly told him we just want the oil changed . Then he showed me an air filter that was filthy and had a very large hole in it . It had leaves and twigs jammed into the folds . I asked him " is that from my car?" and he told me yes it was. I knew it was not from my car but did not say anything to the sales person. I normally get my oil change from a local mechanic in my small town and he had replaced my oil filter just 6,000 miles before coming to jiffy lube and although it was somewhat dirty there is no way for leaves and twigs to get into it.(it is inside a closed housing) and in no way remotely resembled the air filter in my car. I was also told that my oil and transmission fluid were full when I arrived but there were excessive leaks in both. ??? The cost was about 15 dollars over what I am used to paying,which l don't mind paying if I'm getting good honest service, but I will not return to this jiffy lube again. read more

I typically have no complaints with this Jiffy Lube. I have been an ongoing customer for the past 22 years, or when they opened at this location, and I have brought all of my vehicles here. However, today on a special trip into town, my car indicated it was at 5% and needed an oil change. I adjusted my plans to stop by there first since it was a Saturday and after 4:00 PM. I was relieved to find that there were two empty bays and it was only 4:20, so there should have been plenty of time. (After all, they were known for years as "20-minutes or less"). I could see two techs talking in back & one carrying a cardboard box to his truck. About 3-4 minutes later, one of them noticed me and ran towards my car, presumably to let me know which bay. Instead, he told me "they are supposed to be closed at 5:00 and it was almost 4:30, could I come back on Monday?" I told him that I work out of town, could they get me in tonight? He said no. I mentioned that this is where all my cars are brought and if I leave, they leave. He shrugged. I left & immediately reported this to the Pullman store since they are operated by the same person. Hopefully they say something to those employees. It would not have happened if AJ had been working. Unfortunately, I'll will be finding a new place to take my vehicles. read more

Had oil changed at Moscow Jiffy Lube some time ago... When I noticed oil was leaking onto my garage floor I went back... They said the oil filter gasket was leaky and they replaced it. This was certainly the most expensive oil change I have ever had with the poorest customer service. I was oversold on multiple "add-ons" and they did not answer my questions. I asked to have a service light turned off and they said they couldn't because it was specific to my car, which is not true because I have had multiple other places turn this light off for me in the past. Additionally, the individual helping me was demeaning to his coworkers and showed little workplace respect. I will not be returning to this location. read more
