I've been wearing glasses for years and I've never had that problem before. They did replace one set of lens due to this, but the new ones scratched just as badly. When I picked up the glasses, I laid them on the counter and they were clearly uneven, as one earpiece laid flat on the counter and the other was up in the air. I pointed it out to the guy and he grabbed them, bent one earpiece, and then said "Here, ok?" kind of rudely. They also have a limited selection of glasses. I'm not going to go back there and I'm looking for a new place.

The prescription lenses turn around was crazy, the next day, which happened because they have a machine on site that can cut the lenses into the frames you want on the spot, and it did a great job, these are the clearest glasses I own. Will be returning for future sunglasses acquisitions, and recommend those in the neighborhood to work with Nostlgc!
