The doctor showed the photo and explained what everything was and showed a little video. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would go back. The salesperson was great too. I was helped by Ann who assisted choosing frames and lenses. I was impressed by the precise measuring and adjustments she made to make sure the glasses were perfect. I totally recommend this location if you need glasses (and they were so much cheaper than the chain glasses places)

They can be heard complaining about patients, speaking about patients while they're on the phone and forget to put you on hold, and/or in-person. There is no upper level management accountability. Luxottica is a large company, but nobody in the office knows how, or where, to get the contact information for Luxottica. This makes it convenient for them, so that a patient may not escalate billing and/or patient questions/concerns. There is no transparency, and absent owner accountability, since it apparently all starts and ends with the front desk staff.
