Unfortunately one of the most unappetizing thin crust pizzas I have had. The crust is definitely crispy to the extent it looked and tasted like a reheat. The pie tasted just like it appeared, dough, sauce and cheese with no Italian taste or seasoning. I will not revisit. read more

Went here for the 1st time on Monday August 7th 2023, with my family as part of our traditional yearly wildwood/Cape May, NJ Vacation. Maybe because it was a monday, but they only had like 3-5 slices of pizza to choose from, but anyways. I ordered one pepperoni slice, my dad ordered 2 cheese slices, and my mom ordered a white slice, and a slice with riccota cheese on it. Service was fast, and pizza was heated up accordingly. We ate there and sat down in a booth, which they had plenty of seating inside. Like the interesting flavors of soda, such as Fanta's Birch beer (a type of root beer), and i had a cherry coke. pizza crust was a bit crunchy, and the whole pizza was a bit crispy. it wasn't bad i liked it, but could have been better. Bruni's did a really wonderful job for us when we brought our boys varsity basketball team and coaching staff for a pregame meal before competing in a holiday tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful despite just having opened, and the food was all good. Some stuff came out slightly more delayed than maybe it should or could have, but taking care of a group of twenty isn't easy. Thanks for a nice time! read more

A trip to Joe Canals and one to grab a pizza. Friendly staff and fast service. Called in the food and it was ready when promised. One of the better pizzas around, so worth coming. We come from Diamond Beach for their pizza. As close to northern Jersey pizza as you can get. Our fifth order and everyone really enjoyed. Pizza crust is thin, sauce and mozzarella is great. Our new pizza place at the shore. Would definitely recommend. Gave a five for the area as they are definitely one of the best down here. read more

Clean place. For a place that has been around a long time a the pizza was a disappointment. Thin, dry crust and no taste. You are presented with a variety of dead looking pizzas to be reheated. I saw what I thought was a fresh, hot cheese pizza, pointed and said I'd have 2 cheese slices. The woman behind the counter reached under the counter and pulled old slices to reheat. The place was nice. The atmosphere was quiet. The pizza was how I like it. Hand tossed. Crust on the thin side but not like a cracker. The pepperoni was pretty tasty. Half the dining room was closed off. I assume because it was slow. The people were great. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The pizza came out fast. Stopped in for lunch, used to be a regular but its really gone downhill. selection of slices is poor, 4 types of plain, a broccoli and buffalo chicken? Hostess is cute but has no personality and goes right to ringing you up, before anything else. I used to pay when i left. Got 2 slices but only 1 shoprite paper plate, grease made it stick to table. Really good pizza, but really poor service. You have to ask the question, why don't they hire more people to adequately cover the counter and tables! Several families walked because of the wait, another family was frustrated , because they sat at a table and was waiting for waitress service. It's a good place, but they need to do better! I've tried to give them my business, believe me I've tried. I was in there two weeks ago and met the owner; really nice guy. The pizza was the best I've had; including NYC and Philly. On that alone I would've give them five stars. So what's the problem; why only three stars? The service is bad to non-existing. In the last two months I've tried to eat there on eight different occasions; and I've only actually eaten there once. From not being greeted or even acknowledged, to not being seated when the place is empty; from the doors being locked way prior to their posted hours, to being told "Only pizza" after 8pm. Again, I've eaten there only once and the pizza was fabulous, and the steak sandwich better than most in the area; but only one successful meal in eight attempts is crazy bad odds. I really wanted them to succeed in the area, but I fear they will bring about their own demise. read more

Sadly was not a fan,nice young lady at the counter but we waited a very long time when they were not busy, turns out the pizza was ready for some time and in the warmer. When I mentioned that the pizza was like warm no One really reacted and and when I mentioned it to the guy along pizza who seemed to be in charge and asked if it had been sitting in the warmer and his reply was what do you expect us to do with it when it's ready? This is true Trenton style pizza. My family loved it. The place is very clean. You can eat in or take out. The garlic knots are excellent. And the people are very friendly.
