The staff was super nice and professional. They helped me pick out a new seat for my Nordic-track that fitted my wants and needs. Thank you!

The bike that I bought from here

They were very helpful and it only took a day for them to build my bike. I would buy from here again

Went in looking for an entry level Trek road bike (trek 1.1) Left with a Cannondale caad8 for about the same price. Honestly didn't know if was a great deal until I got home and did my own research. I really Enjoy the bike so far and look forward to getting many miles out of it. Btw Keith is helpful, informative and very patient lol. He didn't steer me wrong with the purchase. I recommend this place to all of u reading the reviews. You can't go wrong ...

Brought my '85 Mongoose Californian to be serviced. Lee and Max were top notch at getting the bike back to it's glory.

This is a really great shop. Brought an old bicycle in and they gave her an incredible tune-up…read more It's completely silent now! There were some delays due to a holiday and busy, but the wait was reflected on the price. Great value. Also a large selection of bikes for all ages and sizes, very knowledgeable tenants to basically fix all your problems

I ordered a Basher 16 Pink Power bike from Burlington County Bike Shop and was very disappointed…read morewith the condition it arrived in and the lack of follow-up afterward. The bike was shipped in a box that was not the manufacturer's original box and there was very little protection or padding inside. The box arrived with multiple holes and significant damage. There was also a note/instruction on the packaging indicating that it should be delivered even if the box was damaged. Unfortunately, the damage was not limited to the packaging. The bike itself had numerous scratches and gouges, including several areas where the paint was completely scraped away and the bare metal was exposed. This was not the condition I expected for a bike that I purchased as new. The pedals that are supposed to be included with this bike were also completely missing from the shipment. I called the shop twice after receiving the bike. The first time I explained the situation and was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call. I called again and was once again told that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I understand that damage can occasionally happen during shipping, but the way the bike was packed, the amount of damage it arrived with, the missing pedals, and then receiving no follow-up after two phone calls made this a very frustrating experience. I would not purchase a bike for shipment from this shop again. This bike was supposed to be for my daughter's 4th birthday. I was so excited for her, but we never end up giving it to her due to how damaged it was, and the fact that the pedals were missing. I wanted to support a small bike shop, and having grown up in New Jersey, I thought, even better I get to support one from the state where I grew up. I'm so disappointed by this whole experience.

    Cosmo's Indian Motorcycle - 2024 Indian Chieftain! I'm a little stoked!!

If I could select ZERO stars I would!…read more I was shopping for an Indian motorcycle and found a beauty at there location... 2018 Chieftan with Stage 2 upgrade and many other upgrades. I paid CASH for it, almost $18k, and was never even offered an extended warranty. If it was included in the jumbled paperwork I signed, it was NEVER voiced to me. Long story short, the bike is a P.O.S. I bought it in May of 2025... rode it around, planned a major trip in September and took it in for service and new tires in August. Almost $1k later I was told that one oil drain plug was stripped and could not be removed. WHY? I just bought the bike! They specifically told me the service was not due because they did it prior to me buying the bike... so what they were telling me is that THEY ruined the drain plug when they did the service on it! They gave me the bike back saying they "sealed" the drain plug so I could go on my trip and told me it needed to be brought back in over the winter to be fixed. Ok... then it got worse. 300 miles from home the engine failed. I put less than 400 miles on it before my long trip and was stuck in Carlisle, PA. I called... I texted... NOTHING! They ignored me. Mind you, during the purchase process my texts were IMMEDIATELY responded to and even after we communicated when I had questions... but now that I had a problem... NOTHING! I ended up paying for a Uhaul and completed my trip, because my buddy's bike was still functional - it was a Goldwing so of course it was still working great. I chose to not go to them or contact them after I got home because frankly, I would have left the dealership in handcuffs. I cannot believe a dealership would treat someone that way. And for the record... I bought ANOTHER bike, a black 2018 Chieftan Classic, to ride this season and go on my trip in September because that 1st Chieftan is not going to get fixed any time soon (I called dealers and shops, all of which told me they could not get it in because it was the riding season and they did not want to close off a bay to work on mine). Am I crazy? Should I have stuck with Kawasaki? I put almost 45k miles on my 2011 Vaquero and NEVER had a major issue with it, NEVER! I still have a 2002 Kawi Drifter that is in perfect running condition! I did all the maintenance on them and they never required anything out of the norm. Currently I am planning on removing the engine and inspecting the lifters/push rods. If I find nothing, I don't know where to take it... I am not going to pay in excess of $2,500 just to have the engine pulled at a dealer and looked at, that's ridiculous! I would have to pay an exuberant amount of money to get a bike in running condition that I put less than 500 miles on and already spent over $18k on!?! No thank you... Pardon my French but FUCK COSMOS and if this new to me Indian gives me problems I will go back to Kawasaki! Side note: Why did they close their Trevos location? They moved to Bala Cynwyd with another motorcycle group?!?!

I Bought a new one!! I upgraded a bit to the 2024 Indian…read moreChieftain Dark Horse.
