Coffee profile (cold brew for me) was much more complex than typical run of the mill chain coffee, and the house made caramel syrup was amazing. Service was attentive and friendly but a bit slow - only one person working but it's a family owned small business and not unreasonable. The decor and furniture are bright and rustic. There's a family friendly corner with a few toys and high chairs and a group of moms with toddlers were enjoying their time. Not a place to let the kids run amok, but I certainly wasn't seeing that. There's also a cozy seating area with a couch and comfy chairs. The total cost was a little more than I expected but I honestly didn't look at prices ahead of time so that's on me. Not for one second did I feel like an annoyance for asking for a customized amount of pumps in my latte. #2 - you are able to pay via Venmo - no need for cash or a card - super easy!
