I'm a Starbucks guy, what can I say. Ambiance - meh, like other coffee shops. Food is ok, all microwaved if hot - I ask they take it out 10-15 seconds da early otherwise it's over cooked, not heated through. Service is always good. read more

For a Starbucks in a strip plaza they certainly are very busy. There is consistently a very steady stream of people coming & going with ample staying in house to enjoy their purchase. I stopped in around 2pm and with four staff members on they were running in circles and appeared to be very chaotic & not in sync. Unfortunately their staff was not overly pleasant when interacting with them. I brought up an empty container on cream for them to refill & instead of a "thank you" I was greeted with an eye roll. For the 35 minutes that I sat in their shop not once did a staff member come out from behind the counter to wipe down tables, check the coffee bar/trash levels. Overall they serve their purpose, I got my coffee but probably won't go out of my way to go back anytime soon. read more

This Southbury CT location is a very busy Starbucks most of the day. Katy and the team members are super friendly and do their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. I watched one of the employees (Olive was on her name tag) drop a venti cup on the floor and picked it up and placed it right back on the counter and continued to work on the drink and serve it to someone. As someone who works in the food industry I hope people realize how sick someone can get from that. I have been to a lot of Starbucks this is the only Starbucks around that makes my drinks the way I like them. When I order something I know they will usually make it well. A couple times I ordered a drink and it had to be remade it seems they hired a couple new people so I gave them the benefit of doubt. Overall the staff is pretty friendly and they do well at their job I just hope the new staff catches up. read more

Very upset the staff let multiple dogs in here that are not service animals...puts customers on edge when animals are all over the place....according Starbucks corporate "According to the official Starbucks pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the storesand Starbucks may be subject to health code violations if pets are found in the store. Starbucks allows service animals to enter our stores...." where is the management? Also, team behind counter keeps screwing around rather than helping customers....they also start cleaning up and putting things away an hour before closing...managers card holder was empty...the regional and district manager need to review this location. read more

This is an excellent Starbucks restaurant. I visit several times a week on my commute to work. Service has fast and pleasant. The lines tend not to be very long. I'm there on Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 4:30pm and 5pm. The staff is very courteous and after a few visits they know your favorite drinks. Very nice location. As all Starbucks are concerned, the prices are just as high but the food, atmosphere, and staff were excellent. Grabbed a sandwitch and it was delicious. Parking lot can be tough if you are just grabbing a coffee, but if you plan to do a little shopping on the weekend it is a nice place to stop in and grab a bite during your travels. Has a beautiful town park on the other side of the parking lot where you can sit down to drink your coffee and get a relaxing sense of mother nature in the process. I love this Starbucks. Me and my friends go here a lot in the summer and go out an sit in the gazebo in the middle of the plaza and talk while we drink our delicious coffee. It's expensive though, like all Starbucks which definitely sucks. There is a lot of good local entertainment that plays here on weekends as well. read more
