They have an air conditioned portable bathroom trailer that is decent. 6 stalls in the women's room and they were fairly clean. The summer heat had them smelling a little funky, but I'm not sure what can be done to fix that. The staff was friendly. The school bus ride back to the starting point after the float was nostalgic. For a moment, it took me back to feeling like we were on a school field trip. We definitely see ourselves coming back but at least bringing our own floats for our coolers to cut down on the expense. We had a large group with 2 coolers so it was $50 just to bring our coolers along.

There are SO many rocks that you constantly hit and scrape your rear end against, and it gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. I'm not sure if I'll be back to this location just because this particular section was so rocky. Overall, it was fun, but definitely bring some extra money and be prepared for a rocky ride!

The bus was really comfortable, although the ride was short. They offer tubes that are bottomless or with bottoms. I heard the water was shallow, I chose the one with bottom. I certainly don't want my bottom kissing the bottom of the river. I went to tubing with a group of my bear friends from Houston. We had a blast in the Comal River. But I had a different experience than them. My friend and I got off the river earlier than my group. We were picked up from the last public exit and brought to the shop to wait on the bus. The driver kept updating me on the status. We heard the bus broke down at one point. Okay. No problem. The New Braunfels sun was shining at us for about an hour. Finally, a windowless van picked us up and dropped off at the hotel. Even with minor glitch, I would come back to get my tube at Corner Tubes.

Little children like my granddaughter age 3 1/2 would need to wear floaties for your peace of mind but, parents are going to be with their children. My daughter and her husband rented a Kayak to go to the other side where it is deeper and there was a rope swing. My son in law loved that. You can take your own water toys and tubes. It is spring fed and it stays 72 degrees all year. It's still chilly but when you walk around you get use to it and it's comfortable. I have not camped out. We may go again for the 4th and we might camp out. It's very pleasant there. The cabanas are great. Lots of shade in the cabanas and you can grill, there are lots of chairs so you don't have to take chairs unless you want to. You will need to take food and drinks, snacks. All of the cabanas have hammocks which is nice. Beware of rocks though and be sure and take your water shoes so that you can walk on the rocks. There are some areas that are very easy to just walk into the water where the ground is level. I highly recommend this place for a fun family weekend or a fun day.

The "cabin" had a bad lean,the floor was not repaired correctly they screwed down vinyl plank flooring. And the bathroom well they had such bad leans it felt like it was going to fall over! Also all the amenities holders in the showers were heavily damaged and non of the shower drain covers would staying place,not to mention the broken shower heads and the way to small shower curtains that allowed massive amounts of water to flow into the toilet area. When we addressed these issues with the camp we got a weak apology that's all. After over 300$ I can say I'm never coming back to this camp or any of their other camps. Expensive lesson for sure!

I paid online, filled out the waivers and set up transportation. We arrive and I've paid for here. Lemme say it was a fiasco!! Anyway, myself and the grandkids finally made here. They were extremely nice and helpful and said they would make sure we got back to the campground. (The other place wouldn't even bring us back after finding out the campground screwed up!! So, I'd say if you're coming to float, don't waste time on looking for anywhere else. 5 outta 5 stars

We came here from Oklahoma for an event. Must say impressive campground, store, food and…read moreexperience. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and respectful to everyone with no judgements. The store had misc items that you might've forgotten, drinks, snacks and a pool table inside. There is also a place to order burgers, pizzas, etc near the store which was affordable and the burgers are pretty good. The campgrounds have spots for RV with power and water hookups, also primitive RV spots as well. Tent camping spots all have outlets so you can a run a fan, charge your phone etc (no AC). The campgrounds are clean and staff made sure the trash bins stayed empty, the bathrooms and shower facilities are clean and up-kept. Definitely can't wait to return.
